Steve I run IceRocket. We are a very small shop and appreciate you using. We had some server issues and we are working to get things back asap.
That being said our main business is our blogs API (paid service) that we license to all sorts of companies. The Blog tracker is a free service that we built for fun a few years ago. B/c it is not paid and we lack resources of a large company, we have to put our paying customers and API business first.

Hey Blake Rhodes! Who the heck do you think your USERS are? Bloggers like Steve D. and me. Bloggers who could just as easily go somewhere else. Your paying customers are presumably hoping to get some traffic for their money. Quit acting like we don’t make any darn difference one way or the other. Just get back online with blog tracker..

http://tracker.icerocket.com/ is down from long time. Perhaps icerocket is planning to discontinue this service. Its been long time since we are using the nice tracker feature in ice rocket. But Icerocket team failed to monetize the tracker feature.

ITP UPDATE: OK, I JUST GOT THE NEWS, (from the search engines, hopefully a reliable source)THAT BLOG TRACKER IS CLOSED, DEFUNT.THE LEAST BLOG TRACKER COULD HAVE DONE IS SENT ALL OF US WITH ACCOUNTS (ON BLOG TRACKER) AND E-MAIL TO LET US KNOW THEY ARE CLOSING.UGH. WHEN AOL/HOMETOWN CLOSED ALL BLOGGERS WERE GIVEN 6 WEEKS NOTICE, AS NO NOTICE WAS GIVEN ABOUT BLOGTRACKER CLOSING. The one pain in the ass annoyance regarding managing this beast of a blog, is dealing with unreliable syndicates. Thankfully, BLOGTRACKER/ICEROCKET is NOT a PRIMARY syndicate to begin with. BTW, I don't really care about my journals ratings, as the ratings aren't all that bad anyway, and through the BLOGSPOT dashboard, I have a good accurate, breakdown of ratings anyway.
