GOP officials announced they are cancelling Monday's first day of their national convention in Tampa because of the looming threat of Tropical Storm Isaac. The National Weather Service is projecting that Isaac will move up the Gulf Coast of Florida over the next several days and could affect Tampa directly on Monday and Tuesday.
