DECAPITATED: Polish metal meets Polish ambassador

Polish technical death metal warriors DECAPITATED met the Polish ambassador of Singapore as the band were in town for Creative Chaos Vol. II.

FROM LOUDR:

WHEN the members of Decapitated strutted into the Embassy of the Republic of Poland at Wisma Atria – with their long locks, fiery braids, graphic T-shirts and funky jeans – they looked, for a minute, slightly out of place.
After all, these guys weren’t guests that one would normally expect in such a formal, corporate setting.
The Polish technical death metal outfit was in town last Thursday for metal gig Creative Chaos Vol. II, a blistering, raucous affair which saw the quartet bringing down the house with their trademark rhythmic heaviness and dynamic song structures.
Before they took to the stage at Zouk, concert promoter Cynical Sounds decided to give the dudes a boost of encouragement, by specially arranging a tea session with Polish ambassador in Singapore, Mr Waldemar Dubaniowski, at his office.
More in LOUD in The New Paper on Tuesday (Sept 18).
