OI POLOII: Lausanne bans Scottish punk band

Swiss municipality Lausanne has banned Scottish political punk rock legends OI POLOII October 20th gig at the Lausanne Underground Film & Music Festival after a previous clash between the fans and the police. Anarchist punk legends OI POLOII  unleashed a documentary "Oi Poloii: THE MOVIE in 2010.
OI POLLOI recently unleashed a split EP with NA GATHAN on PROBLEM RECORDS.

"A number of punk rock fans are reportedly unhappy with the concert cancellation.

Two “punk types” threw a cream pie in the face of GrĂ©goir

e Junod, the Socialist councillor in charge of security on Thursday at around 7.30pm, the website of the 20 Minutes newspaper reported."

Police and local politicians have banned our October 20th gig at the Lausanne Underground Film Music Festival in Switzerland - apparently on the grounds of it being a danger to the security of the city!! Totally crazy. You can read more about this ridiculous decision via the link below:-
