LAMB OF GOD: RANDY BLYTHE CASE: AFTER THURSDAY MANSLAUGHTER CASE POSTPONED UNTIL 3/4/2013 (FOR KEY WITNESS), NOSEK's CAUSE OF DEATH "BRAIN STEM STROKE"

LAMB OF GOD vocalist RANDY BLYTHE's manslaughter case (2010 death of a stage diving fan, DANIEL NOSEK, Prague CZECH REPUBLIC) continues through tomorrow THURSDAY.
After THURSDAY, RANDY BLYTHE's court case is POSTPONED until 3/4/2013 to accommodate
a key defense witness whom must testify in person, and is currently sick. Also, two criminal psychologists are due to testify.

BLYTHE will return to the USA and has promised to return to Prague CZECH REPUBLIC 3/4/2013 as the trial will continue.

LAMB OF GOD vocalist RANDY BLYTHE is accused of shoving a stage diving fan off the stage to his death.

DANIEL NOSEK's parents are demanding "wrongful death compensation" of up to $530, 000 (USD).

Today, the official cause of (victim and stage diver) DANIEL NOSEK's death was announced (despite the poor translation) "pneumonia resulting from a blow to the brain stem" or  "BRAIN STEM STROKE" (as this happens as a result of untreated concussions as well).

NOSEK had two surgeries, one to relive bleeding and swelling, and the other to remove a bone, and could not be saved.

According to ABATON promoter TOM FIALA ( Prague CZECH REPUBLIC-2010) of OBSCURE PRODUCTIONS, LAMB OF GOD clearly stated security specifications on the bands rider agreement as the band required there be a barricade 1.5 meters from the stage.

It was concluded that the ABATON did NOT meet those security requirements mandated on LAMB OF GOD's rider agreement as only THREE security guards were present during the 5/2010 LAMB OF GOD show in question.

Witness #7, Mr. Patera, manager of the Security Firm for the ABATON stated he was not told of LAMB OF GOD's gods security requirements via THE ABATON.

Also, NOVINKY.CZ has quoted a  fan/witness statement via MILAN PORVEK of RANDY BLYTHE's aggressive behavior, chocking fans to the contrary, as the fan admitted he (the fan) was in the WRONG for stage driving (while drunk never the less):

"Blythe pulled me to the ground and held me there as I was very drunk. He did it because of the way I acted, and he was justified in doing so", stated MILAN PORVEK.

DAY 4 BLYTHE TRIAL: CZECH REPUBLIC witness Lukas Havlena took the stand as he contacted the defense to clarify vs. other witness statements.Havlena stated BLYTHE's aggressive behavior was simply a part of the show, as BLYTHE defined a boundary regarding stage divers.

Last DECEMBER, LAMB OF GOD vocalist RANDY BLYTHE was officially indicted on manslaughter charges (bodily harm in the 4th degree) in relation to the 2010 death (at the now CLOSED, ABATON, Prague, Czech Republic) of a stage diving fan, DANIEL NOSEK.

RANDY BLYTHE is now on trial,  in a Prague, Czech Republic court  (2/4/2013). RANDY BLYTHE has pleaded innocent and vowed to return to court to clear his name. Regarding RANDY BLYTHE's manslaughter charges (bodily harm in the 4th degree), BLYTHE paid $400,000 in bail in a Prague, Czech Republic court.
