LAMB OF GOD: CHRIS ADLER THANKS FANS FOR SUPPORT REGARDING RANDY BLYTHE CASE

 




                                                                                                                                                                 CHRIS ADLER, drummer of Richmond, Virginia thrash/core warriors LAMB OF GOD has sent this message thanking fans and supporters during vocalist RANDY BLYTHE's recent court case (manslaughter charge) in relation to the 5/2010 death of a stage diving fan (DANIEL NOSEK) PRAGUE, CZECH REPUBLIC @ THE ABATON..


LAMB OF GOD vocalist RANDY BLYTHE kept his promise, went to court and was ACQUITTED  yesterday (3/5/2013) for his charge of manslaughter (or bodily harm in the 4th) in relation to the 5/2010 death of a stage diving fan (DANIEL NOSEK) PRAGUE, CZECH REPUBLIC @ THE ABATON..


Last DECEMBER, LAMB OF GOD vocalist RANDY BLYTHE was officially indicted on manslaughter charges (bodily harm in the 4th degree) in relation to the 2010 death (at the now CLOSED, ABATON, Prague, Czech Republic) of a stage diving fan, DANIEL NOSEK.



Prague, Czech Republic JUDGE TOMAS KUBOVEK  presided over the RANDY BLYTHE case, as a panel of other judges.

 RANDY BLYTHE was ACQUITTED yesterday and found NOT GUILTY of all charges.
The Prague, Czech Republic  prosecutors have stated their intent to appeal.

We greatly appreciate and have been fortunate to have the support of our friends, families and fans from all over the world during a nightmare situation for us in Prague. We are now able to get back to work, but are still saddened by the loss of Daniel Nosek. The trial may be over, but the loss is forever and we also continue to mourn. ~Chris
