DECAPITATED: SUPPORTS BENEFIT FOR METAL FAN Blaine Macgowan, ANNOUNCE 2014 NORWEGIAN TOUR

Polish death metal warriors DECAPITATED have publicly supported a benefit for long time fan Blaine MacGowan whom passed recently from injuries at an unrelated show in Boston, Massachusetts.

Blaine MacGowan's family would like to pay respects and would like to have his remains back in BLAINE'S homeland of CANADA as a benefit will be forthcoming and announced soon, so help a metal brother out.

ALSO, DECAPITATED have announced a winter 2014 NORWEGIAN tour with BLOOD RED THRONE and ASPHERIUM.

DECAPITATED unleashed "Carnival Is Forever" 7/12/2011 and 7/15/2011 on NUCLEAR BLAST.

"Hi guys,

On September 18th 2013 the world lost an amazing friend, family member and fan. Blaine Macgowan passed away in Boston, MA. suddenly in a bar in downtown Boston after what looks like a head injury which he received at a concert a couple months before. His passing is a shock to his friends and family but also to the metal community. To return Blaine home to Canada, it will cost tens of thousands of dollars, which his family does not have. The local Metal community is trying to raised funds by hosting a large concert to raise enough money to bring his body back home. We have also set up a memorial fund in his name to try and help anyone to donate. Blaine's love for Decapitated's music has got him through most the years of his life and only increased when he had an opportunity to meet you guys earlier this year.

I am writing you this email in hope of spreading the word about Blaine, as he was an amazing person. And in hope to raise awareness and support for these fundraisers over Facebook and the Blaine Macgowan Memorial Fund set up by his family.
