ITP V.013 EDITORS NOTE: SOWEE for my wrong address regarding STELLA NATURA, the fest is in the SIERRA NEVADA mountains, scenic but prone to unpredictable weather as somewhat comparable to the notorious NEVADA desert, really HOT during the DAY, very COLD at night, as BURNING MAN fest goers figured out back in the day. A little snowfall in SEPTEMBER would make a Scandinavian band laugh, just like home.

From these mountains where storms are born blows a wind, cold and relentless, before which all shall tremble...-VELNIAS

Promoters for STELLA NATURA 2013 "The Light of Ancestral Fires II" FESTIVAL, set to take place 9/20-22, 2013 @ SIERRA NEVADA (Lake Tahoe area) have regretfully informed fans that the schedule of bands has been shuffled due to weather (rain storm and some snow). JARBOE MIGHT (not confirmed) perform at STELLA NATURA SUNDAY, as today, STELLA NATURA 2013 will feature acoustic acts hoping for the weather to clear up.

Promoters for STELLA NATURA 2013 have confirmed ESOTERIC, LOSS, VELNIAS, JARBOE, WORM OUROBORUS, STAR GAZER and more..

The 2013 STELLA NATURA: "The Light of Ancestral Fires II" FESTIVAL will be ESOTERIC and STARGAZER's first U.S. appearances.

FROM STELLA NATURA 2013 PROMOTERS:
The weather has changed the schedule in significant ways. Today we are working with acoustic acts in a spontaneous fashion to keep the music rolling. Will o' the Wisp will start the festivities off at 1pm.
We anticipate returning to something resembling normalcy tomorrow and plan on giving all bands a chance to perform in some re-shuffled manner.

UPDATE: 9/22/2013 2:10 AM EST:
Saturday Night Update: We did have to cancel almost everything today due to severe (and unforeseen) weather. HOWEVER, it is supposed to be clear tomorrow, and stages will be up and running! It is warming up, we are having a blast and tomorrow will be awesome.

If you left to find dry ground, when you wake up to sunshine COME BACK and JOIN US.

FROM JARBOE: The lodge is full of bands to play Stella Natura. Snowing in Sept. Sierra Nevada mountains.

The shows today ( Saturday ) have been postponed due to the weather. I was to perform later today but if I am rescheduled for Sunday, I will post here ASAP and let you know.

Woke up to pouring rain in Tahoe. Forecast is good for out gig tomorrow but today we're basically rained in at the lodge, waiting for Stella Natura to sort out two flooded stages.

They call it the wettest day in 14 years. All shows on the main stages are cancelled due to electric failures.
