HAPPY ST. PATRICK's DAY, and here's to hoping the luck of the Irish has sprung on you today as we bring back ITP V.014 UNCOVERED with an underrated track from Irish rock legends U2 "Wire".

ITP V.014 UNCOVERED  has been revamped from its 2010-2012 format, with a special 2014 SAINT PATRICK'S DAY EDITION.

ITP V.014 UNCOVERED encourages musicianship via drum, vocal, guitar, keyboard, bass and various instrument covers. Lean to play a musical  instrument, learn music.

U2's "Wire" is a track from the bands legendary release "The Unforgettable Fire", unleashed 10/1/1984 via ISLAND RECORDS.
U2 guitarist "The Edge" (Dave Evans) is unique, he uses peddle delays, dotted 8th note, vs. BPM.
Get a delay peddle, or digital peddle and of course a guitar.

RHINO GUITAR 70,  JCSHIRKE have covered U2's "Wire" in the format of tutorials.

FROM LAST REAL INDIANS (FACEBOOK):
To hell with supporting drunk Irish stereotypes and leprechauns; we salute Michael Collins who, among 1000s other freedom fighters, helped establish an Irish state independent of colonial Britain. Some Native nations hold the same dreams of independence from the United States.

The Irish War of Independence in effect began on the day that the First Dáil convened, 21 January 1919. On that date, an ambush party of IRA volunteers including Dan Breen and Seán Treacy, attacked a pair of Royal Irish Constabulary (RIC) men who were escorting a consignment of gelignite to a quarry in Soloheadbeg, County Tipperary. The two policemen were shot dead during the engagement. This ambush is considered the first action in the Irish War for Independence.

FROM WIKEPEDIA:

2007: In that year the British government officially ended its military support of the police in Northern Ireland (Operation Banner) and began withdrawing troops. On Wednesday, 27 June 2012, Northern Ireland's deputy first minister and former IRA commander, Martin McGuinness, shook hands with Queen Elizabeth II in Belfast, a handshake symbolizing reconciliation between the two nations.
