WOVENWAR: MEMBERS OF AS I LAY DYING FORM WOVENWAR

After a vague posting last week (on AS I LAY DYING's primary website) via troubled AS I LAY DYING frontman TIM LAMBESIS, former members of California metal core warriors have formed new project WOVENWAR, WITHOUT TIM LAMBESIS as the band has unleashed a pre release trailer.

WOVENWAR shall unleash the bands debut, summer 2014 via METAL BLADE RECORDS, release date TBA.

According to NBC SAN DIEGO, TIM LAMBESIS, vocalist of San Diego, California metal/core warriors AS I LAY DYING was in court for a trial regarding his "murder for hire" charge. An undercover spoke as a witness.
A few months ago, TIM LAMBESIS has ADMITTED to the murder for hire charges and will be charged on a plea bargain, there fore GUILTY and could serve up to nine years in prison.

LAMBESIS was charged with "soliciting an under cover cop to kill his wife"(Trying to hire a "hit man" to kill his wife) MEGGAN whom sought a divorce and custody of their three kids. LAMBESIS was released on bail (100, 000 dollars) after he was arrested/ incarcerated , ordered to where a GPS device and not contact his ex wife and kids.

According to NBC San Diego, California, steroid abuse may be to blame for AS I LAY DYING vocalist TIM LAMBESIS's erratic behavior as his bail was lowered from 3 million to 2 million at a bail hearing in front of honorable Superior Court Judge Martin Staven.

TIM LAMBESIS will be officially sentenced 5/2/2014 via the honorable JUDGE Carlos Armour.

Metal Blade Records is pleased to announce that JORDAN MANCINO (drums), NICK HIPA (guitar), PHIL SGROSSO (guitar) and JOSH GILBERT (bass) of San Diego, California based metal act As I Lay Dying, have teamed up with vocalist SHANE BLAY (previously lead guitar/clean vocals in Oh, Sleeper) to create the new band WOVENWAR. Over approximately the last year, the band completed work on new material recorded with producer Bill Stevenson (Descendents, Black Flag) with mixing duties currently being handled by Colin Richardson (Slipknot, Machine Head, Trivium).

On Monday April 21, fans will get their first full listen of WOVENWAR's debut single "All Rise". While not the final mastered version, the song will be a proper representation of what's to come when WOVENWAR's self titled debut drops late summer 2014.
