ITP V.014 SOCIAL JUSTICE: R.I.P. ERIC GARNER DIED AFTER CHOKEHOLD FROM AN ARRESTING OFFICER

This video of 44 year old man ERIC GARNER's arrest has been going viral for about 2 or three weeks. JULY 17th, 2014, NYPD made a controversial arrest via a chokehold regarding a man whom WAS NOT resisting arrest, unarmed as GARNER pleaded, "I can't breathe, I can't breathe".

It is unlawful for police to use choke holds and lethal force during arrests as that tactic is BANNED although there are still thousands of complaints of such tactics and illegal force. GARNER was breaking up a fight.

FRIDAY, the NYC MEDICAL EXAMINER'S office ruled ERIC GARNER's death a homicide as the EMT did not administer CPR.

..And it gets more bizarre: The man whom video taped the ERIC GARNER arrest and death is now charged with "weapons possession"..:

ITP V.014 EDITORS NOTE:
A murder conviction charge or at least voluntary manslaughter regarding police brutality is in order, no justice no PEACE. We can't have our police murdering our civilians over nothing, as this seems disproportionate to minority groups.

This is a situation, as for the twist of fate, turned into a life or death situation, by fault of police corruption and incompetence, if GARNER would have defended himself, where resisting arrest via the chokehold would have been a better idea, and I would support, you live to tell the tale, and deal with the rest in court. As this incident, being filmed clearly shows what the cops are NOT supposed to do.

Basic self defense, how to get out of a choke hold with a good ole fashion hip throw as GARNER would have had the weight and height advantage:
