AC/DC: DRUMMER PHIL RUDD CHARGED WITH "to procure a murder, threatening to kill and drug charges,"

According to THE GUARDIAN, PHIL RUDD, drummer of Australian hard rock legends AC/DC has been charged, in NEW ZEALAND, with "to procure a murder, threatening to kill and drug charges."

RUDD was found in possession of methamphetamines and marijuana during a raid in NEW ZEALAND.

AC/DC have revealed the art work and "Play Ball", a track from the bands anticipated new release "ROCK OR BUST", due to be unleashed 12/2/2014 via COLUMBIA RECORDS.

The Sydney Morning Herald and ALTERNATIVE PRESS and the family of MALCOLM YOUNG, rhythm guitarist for Australian hard rock legends AC/DC have confirmed MALCOLM is suffering from dementia and has been moved to nursing facility. AC/CD stated MALCOLM YOUNG has left the band for "health reasons".
