AMON AMARTH: FREDRIK ANDERSSON (DRUMMER) LEAVES THE BAND

Swedish Viking death metal warriors AMON AMARTH have announced drummer FREDRIK ANDERSSON has left the band as the band have yet to announce a replacement.

AMON AMARTH's released "Deceiver Of The Gods", unleashed 6/25/2013 (NORTH AMERICA), 6/21/2013 (JAPAN) and 6/24/2013 (EU) via METAL BLADE RECORDS.

Amon Amarth and drummer Fredrik Andersson have decided to part ways after 17 years. Fredrik has been an important part of Amon Amarth’s development since he joined the band in 1998 and we wish him all the best for the future. We are currently in the process of writing the new album, but at the moment there is no replacement for him.
