GWAR: SUED BY DAVE BROCKIE's FATHER FOR STEALING CREMAINS

According  to NBC NEWS, Richmond, Virginia metal legends GWAR are being sued for stealing DAVE BROCKIE's "cremains". WILLIAM BROCKIE, DAVE's  father, William seeks 1 million in punitive damages.

DAVE BROCKIE'S ashes are apparently at the SLAVE PIT head quarters, as the band have allegedly pilfered through his and failed to return DAVE's cremains. 



 Richmond, Virginia based metal legends GWAR have announced the band will re-issue "America Must Be Destroyed", 4/18/2015 on RECORD STORE DAY as the band will appear (on that date) at ASYLUM RECORDS, MESA ARIZONA 12-3PM.  GWAR B-Q 2015,  is set for Saturday August 15th 2015 @ Hadad’s Lake (7900 Osborne Turnpike) in Richmond, Virginia. 











 

GWAR main man DAVE BROCKIE's (AKA ODERUS URUNGUS) was investigated by Richmond, Virginia police as drug related. DAVE BROCKIE (AKA: ODERUS URUNGUS) vocalist of  GWAR was found DEAD Sunday 3/23/2014 at 50 of an accidental heroin overdose..

                                                                                                                                  










GWAR guitarist CORY SMOOT (FLATTUS MAXIMUS) passed away on the band's tour bus in 2011.







 GWAR have been an active band since the late 80's, as the band concept was started by Virginia University college art students.
