LAMB OF GOD: RANDY BLYTHE LOOSES LAWSUIT IN DAMAGES CLAIM

                                                                                                                                                         
LAMB OF GOD vocalist RANDY BLYTHE has LOST a lawsuit claim for damages regarding his 2012 charge of manslaughter (or bodily harm in the 4th) in relation to the 5/2010 death of a stage diving fan (DANIEL NOSEK) PRAGUE, CZECH REPUBLIC @ THE ABATON..

BLYTHE was ACQUITTED  3/5/2013 of the manslaughter charge in relation to DANIEL NOSEK's death.


A Prague court dismissed a claim via RANDY BLYTHE's lawyer MICHAL SYKORA for 15.555 korona
 ($640.800 USD). 


  In DECEMBER of 2012, LAMB OF GOD vocalist RANDY BLYTHE was officially indicted on manslaughter charges (bodily harm in the 4th degree) in relation to the 2010 death (at the now CLOSED, ABATON, Prague, Czech Republic) of a stage diving fan, DANIEL NOSEK.

Video evidence proves a fan with black painters cap pulled DANIEL NOSEK down as he climbed the stage slamming him down to the venue floor.



Prague, Czech Republic JUDGE TOMAS KUBOVEK  presided over the RANDY BLYTHE case, as a panel of other judges.
