NE OBLIVISCARIS: DRUMMER DAN PRESLAND CONFIRMS HE QUIT UPPER MIDDLE CLASS CAREER TO TOUR WITH BAND

DAN PRESLAND, drummer for Melbourne, Australia based progressive metal warriors NE OBLIVISCARIS has confirmed that he has quit a six figure, over $100, 000 a year career to record and tour with NE OBLIVISCARIS.

NE OBLIVISCARIS have announced a DECEMBER 2015 AUSTRALIAN tour.

NE OBLIVISCARIS unleashed "CITADEL", 11/7/2014 and 11/11/2014 (NORTH AMERICA) via SEASON OF MIST.

Loved this band from the beginning and my respect for Ne Obliviscaris only grows each day. I've quit tons of jobs to go on tour and made sacrifices for bands I was in and personally it was worth it every time, if even only for the learning experience and memories along the way. This band deserves the hype they are getting and I wish them the best in their musical journey. It's not easy to quit a $150,000/year job to focus on music but when you believe in something and are passionate about what you are doing, nothing can stop you. Money is just paper, but life experiences are worth more than any currency. Much respect!
