U.S. rock/post punk veterans L7 have sent this statement as the band have cancelled out of SOUNDWAVE 2016.

Today, promoters for SOUNDWAVE 2016, set to take place 1/23th. 24th and 26th, 2016 BRISBANE (23rd), SYDNEY (24th), MELBOURNE (26th), AUSTRALIA have sent a brief statement on the unsure status of the festival.The bands advance/deposit for SOUNDWAVE 2016 are NOT secured.

Promoters for SOUNDWAVE 2016 have also confirmed BULLET FOR MY VALENTINE, METAL ALLEGIANCE (supergroup), HATEBREED, SOULFLY, DISTURBED, LORDI, DEFTONES and more hard rock bands.
