METALLICA: RECONCILES CEASE AND DESIST VS. CANADIAN COVER BAND

Bay Area, California thrash legends METALLICA have reconciled the issue of a 41 page cease and desist sent to Canadian cover band SANDMAN over METALLLICA's alleged logo featuring the FONT the popular metal band uses.
METALLICA have denied any involvement over the cease and desist chalking up the fiasco to "overzealous attorneys". 
SANDMAN features a member of popular Canadian thrash band WARMACHINE. 



METALLICA unleashed the SOUNDTRACK for the bands new (3D) MOVIE entitled "Through The Never" via IMAX. METALLICA's "THROUGH THE NEVER" soundtrack (15 songs recorded live in EDMONTON and VANCOUVER, CANADA AUGUST 2012)  9/24/2013 via METALLICA's own label  BLACKENED RECORDINGS. The movie METALLICA: "THROUGH THE NEVER" was unleashed 9/27/2013 via PICTUREHOUSE ENTERTAINMENT.

"Through The Never" stars DANE DEHAAN and METALLICA, directed and written by NIMROD ANTAL.
