ITP V.016 TECH: GOOGLE ANNOUNCES PLANS TO SHUT DOWN PICASA PHOTO STORAGE FOR GOOGLE PHOTO SERVICE

GOOGLE is planning on shutting down PICASA photo storage and replacing the program with GOOGLE photos service.

FROM PC WORLD: http://www.pcworld.com/article/3033156/photography/google-kills-off-picasa-to-focus-its-efforts-on-google-photos.html
Picasa is going away as Google Photos becomes the company's One True Photo Management Tool.

ITP V.016 EDITORS NOTE:

Don't panic vs. rumors, BLOGGER is FINE and alive and well....Isn't that what INSTAGRAM is for? Not that this matters to me, store photos, JPEGS in your 'puter or I store it on the blog itself, as ITP gets art work from the bands and labels themselves. Welcome GOOGLE PHOTOS SERVICE.
