A LITTLE FOLLOW UP TO A PREVIOUS STORY: On 2/1/2016, PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania district city Councilmen MARK SQUILLA WITHDREW a proposed a city ordinance bill that would mandate musicians to register with city officials due to "quality of life" issues as venues are allegedly operating without SAOL licenses.
