Media reports have stated that legendary rock/soul artist PRINCE (PRINCE ROGERS NELSON) official cause of death was "an opiate overdose" from synthetic Fentanyl, so ruled by the MID WEST MEDICAL EXAMINER. . PRINCE (PRINCE ROGERS NELSON passed away at his Minnesota, U.S.A. home 4/21/2016 at 57.
