ITP V.016 TECH: FACEBOOK DEFENDANT IN HOUSING AND EMPLOYMENT ADVERTISING RACIAL BIAS LAWSUIT, COMPLAINTS ABOUT FACEBOOK CENSORSHIP VIA BOTS

All year, social networking site FACEBOOK is under fire regarding various complaints from censorship, fake news stories, inaccurate spam bots and recently FACEBOOK has been cited as a defendant in a lawsuit regarding HOUSING AND EMPLOYMENT ADVERTISING RACIAL BIAS.
FACEBOOK requires potential advertisers to name a racial (and other) preference, there fore excluding users via race, an illegal policy via EOE and EOH federal law.

ITP V.016 EDITORS NOTE: FACEBOOK has had a TERRIBLE P.R. year with various complaints of censorship regarding important content under inconsistent guidelines decided by a BOT and not human review. For example, if ITP V.016 or a record label sends a post twice, consider that in the context of promotion, P.R. and many of us are journalists vs. TIME ZONE differentials on the internet (in case you missed a post, we are human and not bots), it is NOT SPAM, unlike comments on groups stating "you can make $ from home, blah, blah" (that's spam and a game of wack a mole), unrelated to the topic, group or website.
FACEBOOK inconsistent spam policy is a scam to manipulate users into a payed feature "sponsored posts", manipulating users to PAY for the equivalency of a "Sticky" post.
If FACEBOOK advertising and pay features are racially and ethnically biased (employment and housing), why should ANYONE pay for FACEBOOK features.ITP won't pay for FACEBOOK's inconsistent and biased "pay to play" features, and YES record companies, bands, bloggers, webzines and media, send those posts twice vs. time zone differentials.
Any one complaining about ITP V.016's viral tendencies are just drug addicts, wingnut, paranoid neighbors and neo nazi's complaining their delusional ideals are not accepted (complaining that others are complaining about them) via censorship, many whom are NOT a part of ITP's PRIVATE social network friends list.
No worries, ITP cuts and paste journal entries and posts on FACEBOOK and links to the music via BANDCAMP, YOU TUBE and SOUNDCLOUD platforms.

Also FACEBOOK censored the famous, Pulitzer prize award winning "Napalm Girl" photo as "graphic content". Who is thinking nasty thoughts about this poor chick whose village got napalmed during Vietnam, it's a historic photograph, as both sides, the photographer went through hell to get that photograph.

We are NOT paying for FACEBOOK bias, and we are not SPAM, we are journalists, citizens, promoters, artists, bands, record companies, marketers, P.R. and media.
I hope the plaintiffs (HOUSING AND EMPLOYMENT RACIAL BIAS LAWSUIT VS. FACEBOOK) win the lawsuit. I wouldn't be surprised if this pending lawsuit becomes class action for all whom put $ into FACEBOOK.

Here in the U.S.A., the Civil Rights Act of 1964 ( FEDERAL LAW updated recently) prohibits housing and employment discrimination based upon race, gender, national origin, religion, political affiliation and sexual orientation.
