Hartford, Connecticut, U.S.A. based progressive metal warriors FATES WARNING have announced SUMMER 2017 EUROPEAN and U.S. tour dates.

FATES WARNING are set to release "AWAKEN THE GUARDIAN LIVE", due to be unleashed 4/28/2017 via METAL BLADE RECORDS.

FATES WARNING unleashed "THEORIES OF FLIGHT", 7/1/2016 via INSIDE OUT MUSIC.

U.S. Progressive Metal pioneers Fates Warning continue to tour in support of their much praised latest release “Theories Of Flight” and are now announcing a first run of dates for the album in North America in June.

FATES WARNING vocalist Ray Alder checked in with the following comment:
“We are very excited to finally announce the first leg of the US tour for ‘Theories Of Flight’. We know that this news has been a long time coming, but it's finally here and we are ready to once again hit the States in support of a new album. The European tour was amazing, and we are anticipating nothing less from our home crowd. We can’t wait to see our fans again. Get your tickets now. Thank you all!”

Legendary progressive metal act Fates Warning celebrated the 30th anniversary of their third album, Awaken the Guardian, in 2016. To celebrate this milestone, Jim Matheos (guitar) reassembled the Awaken the Guardian-era lineup for two special festival appearances last year: Keep it True XIX and Prog Power USA XVII. Fortunately for fans that were not able to attend, each show was filmed and recorded in its entirety for the upcoming DVD/Blu-ray, Awaken the Guardian Live!

Mixed and mastered by Bill Metoyer at SkullSeven Studio in North Hollywood, CA, Awaken the Guardian Live also features art direction, design, and artwork by Ioannis (dangerousage.com), making this a must-have piece for any fan's collection.
