TAAKE: "Unfortunately we have still not received US visas for all of our members and as a result we are going to have to cancel the following two shows:"

Norwegian black metal warriors TAAKE have stated the first two dates of  the bands SUMMER 2017 NORTH AMERICAN tour are cancelled citing VISA issues.

TAAKE released "STRIDENS HUNS" due to be unleashed 12/8/2014 via DARK ESSENCE RECORDS                                                                                                                                           TAAKE have released  "KULDE", (MCD) out NOW via  TAAKE's current 2014 EUROPEAN tour with NOCTEM and VALKYRIA.

FROM TAAKE:
Unfortunately we have still not received US visas for all of our members and as a result we are going to have to cancel the following two shows:
23 May 2017: TAAKE @ The Independent, San Francisco
24 MAY 2017: TAAKE @ The Regent, Los Angeles
We apologise to all the fans who have been looking forward to our return, and once again state that we don't understand why, after 3 visits to North America in 3 years, this has happened. As most US fans will know, Visa issues are something that have plagued most European bands over many years, and there is very little anyone can do about it.

FROM PATRICA THOMAS MANAGEMENT:
Unfortunately the visas have still not arrived for two of the band members and Taake (Official) will not be able to make the show at Brick By Brick in San Diego on Friday (05/26). However, Norwegian black metallers and Taake label-mates Helheim (and you all know Helheim's V'gandr is also a member of Taake and he does have his visa), WILL be appearing alongside Empyrean Throne and Sicarius so please go along and see them. As per instructions from the venue, if you require refunds please contact Ticketfly directly. Tickets for the newly announced Helheim show can be purchased here:
