SUFFOCATION: POST TRAILER FOR "Pinnacle of Bedlam"

New York death metal (NYDM) legends SUFFOCATION have unleashed a promotional trailer for the bands anticipated new release "Pinnacle Of Bedlam" due to be unleashed 2/15/2013 on NUCLEAR BLAST RECORDS.

New York death metal veterans, SUFFOCATION, have made the brand new track “As Grace Descends” available for streaming at the following locationhttp://www.nuclearblast.de/en/label/music/band/about/71083.suffocation.html. The songs comes from their upcoming album Pinnacle of  Bedlam, which will be released on February 19th in North America.

The record was produced by the band and tracked at Full Force Studios in New York by longtime collaborator Joe Cincotta. The mixing and mastering was handled this time around by world renowned producer/engineer Zeuss (HATEBREED, ARSIS, SUICIDE SILENCE). Pinnacle of Bedlamwill feature 10 genre-defining-bone-crushing tracks and also marks the return of drummer Dave Culross, who played with the band previously on their Despise The Sun EP. Artwork was handled this time around by artist Raymond Swanland (DEEDS OF FLESH, PSYCROPTIC).

SUFFOCATION were among the inductees for this year's class of the Long Island Music Hall Of Fame. The event was held on October 18 at The Paramount in Huntington, New York. Blood Oath, the follow-up to 2006's self-titled record, was recorded by Joe Cincotta (who worked on the band's last two releases) and mixed by Zack Ohren (ALL SHALL PERISH, DECREPIT BIRTH). Cover artwork was once again brought to life by Jon Zig (DEEDS OF FLESH, DISGORGE,GORGASM). The album was released on July 14, 2009.

ITP V.012 UPDATE: BUSY, NOT FEELING WELL

ITP V.012 UPDATE: Hails to all ITP V.012 READERS. Good news. My Entertainment attorney has stated that he's putting out warrants for anyone "impersonating" a record label or/and harassing ITP V.012's author regarding reviews, including a cook at "Sante Fe" restaurant (? eww, I WILL never eat there) and anyone whom is not a copy write holder of anything and does represent said labels nor are they a part of the industry.
Posers, beware.

ITP V.012 is under "fair use" regarding music (promotion) and reviews, all is good with ITP V.012, censors will be sued and arrested, and no I don't have to and I'm not going to take the blog down, I'm just arrested anyone for bullying and harassment.
As ITP V.012 author is NOT feeling well, more news and ITP REVIEWS this weekend.

Impersonation on or off line is a crime.

ITP V.012 ONLY ONE PER COFFIN: R.I.P. RICK CIMATO (THINNING THE HERD)

RICK CIMATO, drummer for NYC, New York stoner doomsters THINNING THE HERD passed away in a car accident (12/26/2012, Connecticut) during his trip home from Maine to New York.

THINNING THE HERD recorded "Freedom From the Known" produced by STEVE ALBINI (NIRVANA) as the release was set to be unleashed early FEBRUARY 2013 via ST. MARKS RECORDS.

FROM THINNING THE HERD (GAVIN):
I just found out my best friend and drummer Rick was killed in a car accident this weekend.

I don't think I can continue with Thinning the Herd anymore.
Being in a band is about being friends.

In shock and in tears over the loss of my friend and bandmate, I have to think of the band. I named the band Thinning the Herd when my father Steven A. Spielman passed, to cope with the loss.
Rick would want me to keep writing for Thinning the Herd. If stop, I would not be doing his legacy service. His drumming on the new record is some of the best rock I have heard, and I want you guys to hear it.
Thank god for this guy, what a gift as a friend, brother and band mate. For anyone who jams with others, anyone who lets another into that higher conscious world - you might understand the depth of how one can integrate and nurture the spirit.

LENG TCH'E: WORKING ON NEW RELEASE

Belgium based grind core warriors LENG TCH'E have sent this statement as the band is working on a new release set for summer/fall 2013 as the band will start pre-production  FEBRUARY 2013.

Well apart from a bunch of New Age authors laughing all the way to the bank, the world is still the same as yesterday. A beautiful place occasionally ruined by assholes. But that doesn't mean 2012 wasn't a great year for us! We started off by joining Origin and Psycroptic for the most brutal tour of the year, followed by a succesful summer festival season. Serge still doesn't remember half of what happened at Obscene Extreme Festival. 

This year also marks the 10th anniversary of our debut album "Death by a Thousand Cuts". Yes we are getting old. And yes, it's still sold out.

But that's not all, we're nearly finished with the songwriting of our next album! Preproduction will start in february and hopefully we can finish our next masterpiece of brutally grooving grindcore by summertime. Which means we'll bring this retarded circus back on the road in late 2013. In the meantime, check out our tour diary from this year...

VADER: Back To The Black Tour 2013 - The final tour details!

Polish death metal warriors VADER have unleashed the final details  "Back To The Black Tour 2013" winter 2013 EUROPEAN tour featuring VADER, ABORTED, BONDED BY BLOOD and guest support acts in particular cities: FHOBI, ADIMIRON, BLOODSHOT DAWN and FLAYED DISCIPLE. 

 FROM VADER: 
Just before Christmas we have a bunch of info about the upcoming tour "Back To The Black Tour 2013" in Europe. The bands: VADER, ABORTED, BONDED BY BLOOD and guest support acts in particular cities: FHOBI, ADIMIRON, BLOODSHOT DAWN and FLAYED DISCIPLE. We've added three more shows: 27.01 Travagliato/Brescia - Circolo Colony (Italy), 01.02 Lausanne - Les Docks (Switzerland) and 04.02 Bristol - The Fleece (UK). The tour starts with the show in Berlin - K17 on 17.01 and goes until 10.02 to Alkmaar - Victorie (the Netherlands). Don't forget that VADER will play both their cult albums "Black To The Blind" and "Sothis" in their entirety! Also ABORTED plan on something special for their fans. Second part of the tour will take place in May and will cover for the most part Eastern Europe, Italy, Spain, Portugal and several festivals. Stay VADERized!

Norwegian black metal warriors TAAKE have unleashed details of a double CD of rarities entitled  “Gravkamre, Kroner og Troner” (Burial Chambers, Crowns and Thrones) due to be unleashed 3/1 and 4/2013 on DARK ESSENSE RECORDS.

Having started the band way back in 1993, main man Hoest will celebrate 20 years of staying true to his musical identity by releasing a 20-song, 2 CD collection of TAAKE rarities.  The anniversary album will be released on Dark Essence Records on the 1st of March in Norway and the 4th of March world-wide to coincide with a planned European tour which will herald the start of a year celebrating TAAKE’s unique contribution to Norwegian Black Metal.
