TOMBSEEKER NEW SINGLE ‘IMMOLATED SELF’ STREAMING NOW
Kansas
City death metal battalion, TOMBSEEKER, unleash their self-titled debut
this January, a battle-tempered display of pure, unfiltered death
metal. Forgoing excess and ornamentation, TOMBSEEKER delivers a record
rooted in brute force, steel-clad riffcraft, and tightly focused
songwriting, honed to hit with lethal precision.
Drawing
from the tank-tread force of Bolt Thrower, the HM-2-driven savagery of
Entombed, and the merciless punishment of Suffocation, TOMBSEEKER craft a
sound of relentless aggression that drives forward with pulverizing
momentum.
Lead
single, ‘Immolated Self’, fires the record’s opening salvo, layering
serrated HM-2 riffs, pounding tom strikes, double-kick bursts, and
colossal bass, surging through explosive turns that keep listeners on
edge while previewing the full barrage that awaits. It’s a precise,
unrelenting strike that defines the album’s mission: classic death metal
executed with iron-forged ruthlessness.
Across
the album, drummer Allen Gingerich propels the charge with punishing
percussion, as guitarists Kyle Calloway and Simon Joseph carve out
grinding riffs that snap, lurch, and cut with violent intent. Bassist
Alex Van Erem anchors the low-end devastation, with earthshaking weight,
while vocalist Jonathan Houst leads the front line with a commanding,
blood-raw roar that seals the band’s sound in pure death metal ferocity.
Recorded
by TOMBSEEKER, with mixing and mastering handled by drummer Allen
Gingerich, ‘Tombseeker’ is completed with artwork by Darkpen, logo by
Remedy Art, and photography by Paper Anchor Media.
Tombseeker officially releases on January 16th on digital and CD via Iron Fortress Records. Pre-order your copy now at www.ironfortressrecords.com (link in bio)
