The veil parts once more as Akhlys unveil a new visual manifestation for 'Ephialtes'. Taken from the 2020 abyssal masterpiece "Melinoë", the haunting track is brought to life by artist's Chthonia stark and nightmarish imagery.

AKHLYS mainman Naas Alcameth comments:

"The song speaks of a confrontation with an 'other' that is both mirror and master, initiator and adversary, through which the self undergoes an ecstatic displacement and is symbolically re-crowned through terror."
