Yes, metal heads, metal is an international genre as Sam Dunn scans the globe finding the most rabid, groundbreaking extreme metal bands and fans in the most unlikely places. The world does NOT revolve around the USA, "scenes" while admirable for it's DIY ethic are almost obsolete as the internet has brought the world together, crossing borders, and breaking boundaries.  The metal scene is global, dignifying the existence of all different types of people, races, classes, nationalities, genders, sexual orientations ect. This is GLOBAL METAL and hails to Sam Dunn. \m/ -l-

FYI involving the people of NY VS. Charles Bridge and other pranks

White", "Charles shouldn't be allowed to breathe my air fucikin perv, lock him up and throw away the key along with his friends, OR ELSE". The attack on me took place on Main Str. in downtown New Paltz, NY in Mid July.
Card carrying members of the NRA don't play, and ALL of my freinds are really angry and it feels holding back a damn that's about to break.
THERE BETTER BE SOME JUSTICE FOR ME, OR ELSE.. I have 122 e-mails from 110 angry metal heads as they are furious with C. Bridge, and a few other idiots.

We've also contacted JR for legal advice regarding the harassment and along with Charles Bridge certain people or being sued.  Charles will be sued for sure (I injured my back in the attack the will pay for any medical expenses) along with a few idiots at Meadowbrook where I live for verbal harassment (I don't know or talk to them).
BTW, JR "Douce" is an accredited lawyer he passed the bar exam (not your watering hole idiots) when you were in diapers and is very experienced in entertainment, criminal, civil, environmental law ect. AND..JR makes a mean pizza..

YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE, AND WE KNOW WHO YOU ARE WE'RE COMING RIGHT AFTER YOU.
I would THINK there was a bench warrant out for Bridge for NOT showing up to court in late August. Although I'm NOT printing (right now) these e-mails in hatred of Charles Bridge, Snug's and a minority of idiots at Meadobrook, but I did answer some e-mails.
..and we DID convict this pedophile, he better stay away from US, and understand no, he was NOT registering, and he Is convicted, and he better keep his dirty hands away from me.

MAYHEM (NORWAY) CONFIRMED FOR SPRING 2009 U.S.A. TOUR

Yes, and you might have heard it here first. Norwegian Black metal legends MAYHEM are confirmed for a spring 2009 U.S. tour (as I guessed) as the MARYLAND DEATH FEST will be a date on the tour. No confirmation on support acts for MAYHEM's 2009 U.S. run of dates just yet.

I've been given the all clear to let everyone know that Mayhem is planning a US tour in the beginning of Spring! They will be playing a total of 21 dates! I will release info on the dates and venues as soon as I get them. Look for the South America tour dates to be posted very soon as well.

R.I.P. JASON D. LAVALLE: One Year ago: 9/6/07

I would like to take some time to wish all the best to a deceased New Paltz, NY local and kindred spirit JASON D. LAVALLE's friends and family as a year ago tomorrow Jay took his own life.
Jay Lavalle took his own life after not passing a drug test and being mandated to go to a rehab/jail after his conviction of destroying his apartment with a chainsaw (while drunk) during his birthday party in 2005.
Of course the good qualities in Jay will be sorely missed including his awesome cooking abilities (he was a cook), great, sly, vulgar humor, cultural knowledge, love of animals,charm, smile, generosity, compassion, counter culture and revolutionary political ideals and good taste in music.
Jason "Smiley Face" Lavalle is very much missed in our community and may he rest in peace as I know he's in a better place.

Suffocation (NYDM) sign to Nuclear Blast

 It looks like German extreme metal label NUCLEAR BLAST has won the bidding war in the SUFFOCATION sweepstakes. New York death metal legends SUFFOCATION have signed with NUCLEAR BLAST records after the bands deal with RELAPSE expired. Expect SUFFOCATIONS new CD "BloodOath" to drop in 2009 and catch them on a U.S. tour with British gore/grind legends CARCASS next month.
