WOODS OF DESOLATION: COMPLAIN LEAKED VERSION OF "AS THE STARS" SOLD ON I-TUNES WITHOUT THE BANDS PERMISSION

Australian black metal warriors WOODS OF DESOLATION have sent this statement as a stolen version of the bands track "As The Stars" leaked via ITUNES and is being SOLD, without the bands permission with fake art work. WOODS OF DESOLATION  have unleashed the track "This Autumn  Light", a new tune from the bands anticipated new release "As The Stars", due to be unleashed 2/14/2014 via NORTHERN SILENCE PRODUCTIONS.

WOODS OF DESOLATION unleashed "Torn Beyond Reason" 2/25/2011 via NORTHERN SILENCE PRODUCTIONS.

FROM WOODS OF DESOLATION:
IMPORTANT! An inferior quality stolen version of "As The Stars" has been illegally uploaded along with fake (stolen) artwork to Itunes by someone not connected to the label or WOD. Action is being taken against this thief as I type this. If you have purchased this version, you are advised to lodge a complaint to Itunes immediately and demand a full refund. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! I repeat: The ONLY digital versions are available via woodsofdesolation.bandcamp.com - DO NOT SUPPORT THESE CRIMINALS! / D.

I wish I was posting more pleasant news, but it seems people are still getting scammed whilst the matter is under investigation. I repeat DO NOT give your money away to the criminal selling "As The Stars" on Itunes!!! The same applies for the version of Spotify!!! This is a stolen, low quality version from someone who has no right to profit from my work and who will soon find themselves banned. THE ONLY PLACE TO PURCHASE THE CORRECT LEGAL VERSION IS:https://woodsofdesolation.bandcamp.com/ - everything else is a scam! Thanks for those that have helped report and spread this message! / D.

OI POLLOI: 3/1/2014 Horte social centre in Strausberg, GERMANY CANCELLED AFTER BAND BANNED FOR SINGING IN GAELIC

Scottish oi punk/anarchist pioneers OI POLLOI have sent this statement as the band has been banned as the bands 3/1/2014 show @ Horte social centre in Strausberg, GERMANY is cancelled as the promoters seemed to be offended the band sings in their native Gaelic instead of English.

Anarchist punk legends OI POLOII  unleashed a documentary "Oi Poloii: THE MOVIE in 2010.
OI POLLOI recently unleashed a split EP with NA GATHAN on PROBLEM RECORDS in 2012.
OI POLLOI unleashed "Duisg" via PLASTIC BOMB ACTIVE REBELLION in 2012.

FROM OI POLLOI:
We're very sorry to announce that our March 1st gig at the Horte social centre in Strausberg in Eastern Germany is now cancelled after we were "banned" when organisers realised that - shock horror - we sometimes sing in Gaelic, one of the UK's minority celtic languages. Like many other minority language speakers, we're used to abuse from "Speak English or Die" British Nationalist types at home but it's especially depressing to come across an attitude of such hostility to multiculturalism and diversity in what we thought would be a progressive social centre. We know that speakers of Sorbisch, the slavic minority language in parts of Eastern Germany, also suffer the same kind of ignorance and hostility from those who want them to all speak Hochdeutsch instead but we had hoped that a place like the Horte centre would be different. Needless to say, this will only spur us on to continue to campaign for respect for minority cultures, diversity and linguistic human rights. We'd also call on all politically aware touring bands to boycott the so-called "Kulturzentrum" Horte - there can be no place for racism or discrimination against minorities in our scene. For diversity, multiculturalism, respect for minorities and a punk scene free of discrimination!
