ABUSER
was formed in Wroclaw (Poland) in 2018, the band has built a reputation
in the underground for their violent, no-mercy approach to Thrash
Metal, first revealed with their 2019 demo released on cassette by
Destruktion Records.
After
a forced hiatus, ABUSER returned in late 2023 with a complete lineup
and a renewed hunger for destruction. Throughout 2025, the band focused
on forging their debut full-length album, sharpening their sound into a
relentless weapon of speed, aggression, and raw intensity.
In
December 2025, ABUSER officially signed with Xtreem Music, sealing the
deal for the release of their debut album “Blood Marks”. Featuring 10
tracks of fast, furious, and savage Thrash Metal inspired by Morbid
Saint, Demolition Hammer, Sadus, Dark Angel, and Kreator, “Blood Marks”
will be unleashed on May 7th, 2026, on CD and digital formats.

Corpse In The Woods” is the newest single from American death metal
legends SIX FEET UNDER. The track appears on their forthcoming new
full-length, Next To Die, set for release on April 24th via Metal Blade

guitarist Jack Owen, “This song started when my wife and I were in an
antique store and she found an amber quartz pendant that had lines
through the whole thing. I asked her what it was and she said it's a
Rutilated Quartz. Well, that's all I needed for a title and some lyrical
ideas. The chorus came easy. The verses were from a true crime show
where a woman described being attacked by an assailant who tied her to a
tree and slit her throat. She couldn't speak or scream. In real life
she survived the attack, telling her story with a giant scar across her
throat. In this song, unfortunately she did not survive... My killer
buried her where she will never be found. I wrote the music from scratch
around the lyrical ideas.”

Next
To Die marks a new creative high for SIX FEET UNDER, its dozen songs
marking the band’s fifteenth album since 1995’s Haunted. The record is
essentially broken down into two different sides – Death and Groove –
resulting in an aural masterwork that satisfies SIX FEET UNDER as
artists, while also offering something for every fan. To bring the songs
to brutal life, vocalist Chris Barnes recorded his vocals at the
legendary Criteria Recording Studios in Miami. “I’ve recorded 90% of my
vocals for SIX FEET UNDER there with my longtime friend and engineer
Chris Carroll,” says Barnes. “Criteria has a long and rich history of
recording some of the most famous and important albums in the history of
music. I feel very comfortable working there.”
Produced
by Owens and Barnes and mixed and mastered by Mark Lewis of MRL Studios
in Nashville, Tennessee, Next To Die follows 2024’s Killing For Revenge
and is the third record that Barnes and Owen have created together
since reuniting in 2017.
Barnes
titled the record after the song “Next to Die,” as it “best represents
what is contained within the ideas/storylines of the lyrics of each
song. We don’t discuss lyrical themes, we each write what we’re feeling
and find interesting.” The frontman urges close listening, saying,
“that’s the great thing about music and art and reading. It takes you on
an exploration into your own imagination, and that personal experience
lets you discover what you think the meaning is. Having someone tell you
what it means takes away that magic.”
SIX
FEET UNDER was initially formed as a side project for Barnes during his
final years with the band that he co-founded, Cannibal Corpse. It
became the frontman’s sole focus in 1995, coinciding with the release of
their debut, Haunted. The current lineup of Barnes, Owen, lead
guitarist Ray Suhy, bassist Jeff Hughell, and drummer Marco Pitruzzella
make for a devastating unit.
Next
To Die features the cover art of Sandy Rezalmi and will be released on
CD and digital formats as well as vinyl in the following color variants:
SIX
FEET UNDER will return to European stages this June with support from
Embryonic Autopsy. In July, the band will kick off a North American
headlining tour with support from Kataklysm and Wormhole.

the band’s discourse since the release of their Reflections debut LP
Godthrymm have been recognized as the new emerging band from the UK to
bring back the glorious aura of early-mid ‘90s UK doom metal. As
expected, considering Godthrymm was formed and is helmed by UK doom
metal veteran Hamish Glencross (ex-My Dying Bride/Vallenfyre/Solstice)
and features doom metal drummer extraordinaire Shaun Taylor-Steels
(ex-My Dying Bride/Anathema). So in this sense, the classic UK doom
metal DNA has already been implemented within the sonic fabric of
Godthrymm.
Projections
sees Godthrymm continue to develop and broaden their sound even
further, and building upon the cornerstones of Distortions. Now with an
expanded lineup which includes keyboardist co-vocalist Catherine
Glencross, bassist Bob Crolla and new second guitarist Kris McLaughin,
Projections is GODTHRYMM’s most layered, varied and complex release yet,
all while still upholding the colossal emotionally charged heavy doom
backbone that has defined the core of the band’s sound.

A couple of issues I would like to address:
ITP DOES NOT like PSYCHOTIC people following ITP, you're under arrest, I will sue you.
ITP does not promote local and regional artists/bands and music venues whom have screwed me over, don't reciprocate or bands, labels, venues I don't like.
It is NOT ITP's responsibility for promoting your venue, club or crap band or show, DIY and promote your self, If I don't promote you or your band are awful, the music is awful.
ITP only promotes what SHE likes, go play in your own sandbox.
I don't promote local or regional bands or/and venues just because they are local, nor do I ignore bands and venues from out of state and out of the U.S. .
ITP does not promote main stream music nor mall core..Only extreme metal..
There are a couple of labels that are blacklisted, one that is national socialist.
A few bands are blacklisted from ITP, and one or two venues.
Obviously is someone gets in fight over ITP there will be consequences, NOT YOURS, ITP owns her own copy right.
ITP is not a request journal, it is an extreme metal source for extreme metal news, no hipsters, ITP is my journal.
ITP, while a media partner for most labels,does not write for nor work for record labels and is independent of record labels. ITP is not owned by a record label.
BTW, regarding monetize for adverts, ITP does not normally do adverts and has not committed to monetize, although I'll look into it, depending on timing and circumstances.
