Swedish depressive black metal legends SHINING have announced the band have completed the recording of their anticipated new release "X-VARG UTAN FLOCK", due to be unleashed later in 2017 (release date and more info TB.A.).
Last week, SHINING announced guitarist EUGE VALOVIRTA has left the band, a replacement has yet to be announced.
SHINING released "IX EVERYONE, EVERYTHING, EVERYWHERE ENDS" unleashed 4/20/2015 via SEASON OF MIST.
FROM SHINING: Shining have finished recording their tenth studio album, 'X - Varg Utan Flock' ("Wolf without a Pack").
Mastermind Niklas Kvarforth comments: "It has been an ordeal of
gigantic proportions, but I am pleased to announce that the recording of
our tenth album have now come to an end, and I am currently working on
the final visual details before this aural nightmare can be sent off to
our label and fuck up your lives. 'X - Varg Utan Flock' is the direct follow up to our fifth album,
but, as usual it does contain a few unexpected twists and turns that
will send cold shivers down your spines. It was an honour to serve for
two decades as the grand puppet-master and bringer of chaos.

Again, R.I.P. to MR "MOJO RISIN". THE DOORS vocalist, JIM MORRISON, in his dark nihilism, was far more of an influence on metal, hard rock and punk, a true unique band and pioneers.
If the DOORS played today, I would buy a ticket, RAY and JIM are very missed, thanks for the great music, as I get older I love this band more than ever.

**** 1/2 (4 and half stars)=amazing, perhaps this bands best
**** (4 stars)=very good, well worth the purchase

** 1/2 (2 1/2 stars)=Bordering on mediocrity, band is overrated

There are a couple of labels that are blacklisted, one that is national socialist.
A few bands are blacklisted from ITP, and one or two venues.
Obviously is someone gets in fight over ITP there will be consequences, NOT YOURS, ITP owns her own copy right.
ITP is not a request journal, it is an extreme metal source for extreme metal news, no hipsters, ITP is my journal.
ITP, while a media partner for most labels,does not write for nor work for record labels and is independent of record labels. ITP is not owned by a record label.
