Regarding LAMB OF GOD vocalist, RANDY BLYTHE's situation as he was arrested for bodily harm 4th degree or manslaughter 6/27/2012 in connection to the death of a stage diving fan at a 2010 Prague, CZECK REPUBLIC show.
While I'm NOT a fan of PANTERA clones nor LAMB OF GOD, nor mall core, we all should know the story now. It was the bouncer whom pushed Daniel Nosek as he rolled off stage that fateful night, (5/2010 LAMB OF GOD show) in Prague, CZ..Nosek climbed on the podium to stage dive (three times) and walked right into the bass players instrument, Daniel collided with the bass guitar (accidental) as the bassist walked forward to step on his peddles, idiot CZECK metal hatin, fuckin Commies. While I find the whole BLYTHE issue ironic to issues in my life (2010): I've met two people from the CZECK REPUBLIC (former housemates, New Paltz, NY neighbors 2010 in a boarding house) whom I HATE to this day,(and I hope they're reading this and get their foreign exchange asses out of my country) obnoxious drunks with a false sense of entitlement as I too had to protect myself from them and my U.S. neighbors. A U.S. neighbor (Joesph Thurston a religious wingnut: http://www.dailyfreeman.com/articles/2011/05/09/blotter/doc4dc8528fb5b4e521820055.txt ) went on to rob a bank (2011), ironically I protected myself from HIM (2010 I didn't kill or hurt anyone, as NPPD racist pigs did nothing to prevent Thutston from touching me, and I was forced to protect myself, and I'm proud I did, as now New Paltz is stuck with the cowardice they created, Thurston went on to rob a bank, I go on to great things ) from him stalking me seven months earlier, and the sick racism from "doyle" (GENESIS DINER manager) as the CZECK neighbors were nothing but provoking all of that.. However, no idiot here or abroad is going to stalk and rob me, I stood my ground, and U.S. criminal justice system can suck a dick, (I hope they prosecuted Thurston him as NPPD did NOTHING TO PROTECT ME) and you all know whom you are in New Paltz, FUCK YOU!

However, the CZECK REPUBLIC have an outstanding grind core and death metal scene featuring notable acts sutch as LYKATHEA AFLAME, !T.O.O.H.! , DESPISE, ALIENATION MENTAL, GRIDE, AHUMADO GRANUJO, INGROWING as the last three mentioned bands will be playing MARYLAND DEATH FEST 2013. Of course we are all stoked to see these CZECK bands, and they sure do welcome the offer to play here in the USA.
Perhaps RANDY BLYTHE's arrest is a symptom of prejudice against metal as metal culture has historically been an often (misguided) scapegoat for societies dark realities. ITP's author is 42, grew up during the PMRC hearings in the 80's and the trial vs. JUDAS PRIEST "subliminal messages" was just a diversion from insane kids (hallucinating) as BLYTHE's case is a decoy for incompetent security.
I hope that RANDY BLYTHE will not be the next WEST MEMPHIS THREE of the CZECK REPUBLIC.
There's nothing that either RANDY BLYTHE nor Daniel Nosek have done that I haven't, with exception that I stage dived only when invited, sorry to hear of such a tragedy.

Stage diving is reserved for hardcore, grind, core and punk shows, and even then rules at venues can vary.

For the life of me, I can't understand the CZECK REPUBLIC police as THE GAUNTLET posted UN-EDITED footage of the stage diver in Prague. THE edited version of the LAMB OF GOD VS. STAGE DIVER video conceals the identity of the person whom pulled the stage diver off the stage. Towards to the END of the video, the man with the black painters cap, smoking, whom is arguing with Nosek, as that indeed is the culprit.

The only question is: Whom is the man in the black painters cap, venue or LAMB OF GOD security, or just a spectator? I'm sure the ABATON's insurance company would love to know whom this man is, to make a distinction between LOG and crew vs. venue securityor a fan.. RANDY BLYTHE's pending case of manslaughter via the stage diver Daniel Nosek will (hopefully) be DROPPED. Notice Nosek continues to headbang after being thrown off stage and knocked out, although concussions resulting in brain injury can show symptoms days later.
