May 28th 2021 sees THIS ENDING returning with a true melodic death metal masterpiece called “Needles of Rust”. Nine songs of Apocalyptic, Brutal yet Catchy melodic death metal back to the roots of what was done earlier in A CANOROUS QUINTET. “Needles of rust” was recorded, mixed and mastered at Wing Studios by Sverker Widgren, To give the album cover the necessary atmosphere Björn Gooses of Killustration was hired once again (as on the previous album “Garden of Death”) to take care of the artwork and layout. Overall the lyrical themes for the Needles of rust album deal with different kind of nightmare scenarios. Some lyrics are loosely based on real events and things that has happened over the world. Some are just about nightmares as an overall phenomenon. All lyrics are up for personal interpretation, I just try to give a glimpse of what went through my head when I wrote them.

SEAN MALONE performed on the classic CYNIC release "FOCUS" (1993) and has authored many music theory books. 

SEAN REINERT, former drummer of Florida, U.S.A. progressive, technical death metal warriors CYNIC died 1/24/2020 at 48.

Having lived through the loss of my two Cynic lifelong musical bandmates/friends in 2020, I’ve become intimate with the energy of grief. One thing in particular is experientially clear to me now:

We are all living in a kaleidoscopic process of change. A constant flow.

Sometimes we shift a little, and blue is dominant, we shift again and pink is dominant. Our identities are like that. There is no free standing self. We are a flow of awareness that rests on the body. We are awareness itself.

When I first heard the news about Malone's death earlier this month, I went from being actively engaged in a creative process to feeling like I was suddenly up to my neck in quicksand. I was unable to play my guitar for weeks, and found myself expending whatever energy I had cleaning and organizing my home. Grief is the most powerful experience; it wipes everything else away.

Thank you for the support and comfort I've received. I'm reminded through your messages, that we're all in this together and that the Cynic family has endured through a lifetime of kaleidoscopic change. A new record will see the light of day in the new year, along with a plan to organize a virtual musical memorial/celebration of Malone and Reinert.

I know this has been a turbulent year for everyone. Loving and kind New Years wishes to you all. May you have peace of mind, freedom from fear, may you have everything you need; love, shelter, food, and good health.

The uniqueness lies in the situation that forced us to this type of event, as well as its character. As You all know Vader lives with concerts and tours. Literally. The worldwide covid19 virus pandemic has been grounded us from functioning normally for months. We try to survive this period, but at the same time we try to use every opportunity to jump on stage and crank up the amps. Such an opportunity appeared literally at the last moment and came from a foundation that helps music and bands to survive. Especially to all those Friends, who work hard as „a crew” and make sure that each show goes smoothly. „Streaming Madness” is not a pre-recorded video - because the whole band was playing really live! We tried to keep as much as possible the nature of the last tour - "Pandemic Madness", 3/4 of which you will see and hear here. The stage, lights or image are a continuation of the tour interrupted by the pandemic. We also kept originality and live character of the show to give you all that impression. However, it is not a real concert because…. we played without Fans. There is no such important element of each Metal show as YOU ALL. The concert was recorded only with stage equipment and monitors, without the sound system, which was also a very strange experience - especially for me, shouting at "mute microphone", more inside than outside. Wyjątkowość polega i w sytuacji, jaka wręcz zmusiła nas do tego rodzaju wydarzenia, jak też jego charakterze. Jak wiecie Vader żyje koncertami i trasami. Dosłownie. Ogólnoświatowa pandemia wirusa covid19 uniemożliwia nam normalne funkcjonowanie zespołu od miesięcy. Próbujemy przeczekać ten okres ale jednocześnie staramy się wykorzystać każdą pojawiająca się okazję, by stanąć na scenie i odpalić wzmacniacze. Taka okazja pojawiła się dosłownie w ostatniej chwili i nadeszła od fundacji pomagającej choć minimalnie pomóc przetrwać i muzyce i zespołom. Szczególnie tym wszystkim Kolegom, którzy jako Ekipa ciężko pracuje i dba, by każdy koncert przebiegł bezproblemowo. „Streaming Madness” nie jest nagranym wideo klipem - ponieważ cały zespół autentycznie grał na żywo! Staraliśmy się zachować na ile to możliwe charakter ostatniej trasy - „Pandemic Madness” , której 3/4 materiału tu właśnie zobaczycie i usłyszycie. Scena, światła , sceniczny image to kontynuacja przerwanej pandemią trasy. Zachowaliśmy tez surowość i autentyczność występu by dać Wam wszystkim takie właśnie wrażenie. Nie jest to jednak prawdziwy koncert, ponieważ…. graliśmy bez publiki. Nie ma tu tak istotnego elementu każdego Metalowego koncertu jak właśnie WY WSZYSCY. Koncert nagrywany był wyłącznie ze sprzętu scenicznego i monitorów, bez nagłośnienia, co również było bardzo dziwnym doświadczeniem - szczególnie dla mnie, krzyczącego w „niemy mikrofon”, bardziej do siebie niż od siebie. Niemniej chciałbym, byście - w oczekiwaniu na powrót normalnych tras i koncertów, choć na chwilę poczuli się jak w pierwszym rzędzie, pod sceną, na szalonym spotkaniu z zespołem Vader \m/ MIŁYCH WRAZEŃ !!!!" Italian Horror Death Metal band TENEBRO has just inked a deal with Xtreem Music for the release of their debut album due to come out around summer 2021, but before that, the band will see their debut "Demo 2019" and recenetly released cassette EP "Liberaci dal Male" both on CD format next 23rd of February through Xtreem Music under the title of "Liberaci dal Male".

TENEBRO is a Horror Glorifying Death Metal band from Italy. Inspired and influenced by Italian horror cult movies from the 70/80's. The horrendous concept comes from Il Beccamorto's (aka Mortician in English) long-lived family business of funeral directors which they are handing down since 1949.

The TENEBRO concept starts back in early 2000's. After various problems and due to illegal activities of the early lineup which has never officially recorded anything, Il Becchino has been forced to stop immediately the project. During the last years, he started to write music again that was recorded in 2019 with the help of Il Beccamorto. So... the "Demo 2019" was born in March of the same year.

After a short time from the release, Il Beccamorto officially joins the infamous sect. Now TENEBRO just released a new 3-song EP called "Liberaci dal Male" on cassette format on December 25th, 2020 and to be released on CD format together with the "Demo 2019" in February 2021 through Xtreem Music, label for which they have signed a deal for their debut full-length album later the same year. Lovers of MORTICIAN & ROTTREVORE, watch out!!
