If you're a musician, band, or artist adversely effected by tour and or/venue cancellations, O+ offers a support network (locally, regionally and national).
If your favorite band just cancelled their tour, support them via picking up merchandise and buying and downloading music (from Bandcamp).
FROM BANDCAMP
To support musicians during the Covid-19 pandemic, Bandcamp is waiving
our revenue share on all sales this Friday, March 20, from midnight to
midnight PST. Let’s come together as a community to put money directly
into artists' pockets.
Sign the below petition from CHANGE.ORG. for a FEDERAL AID PACKAGE for the arts industry.

FROM O+:
The canceling of concerts, tours and gallery openings, the closing of
restaurants and stores, and the prospect of having children home from
school for weeks, if not months, is already taking a tremendous
emotional toll on our community. We are especially thinking about all
our Artists Clinic providers who are on the frontlines of the COVID-19
pandemic.
We know that many of you are freelancers who may not have a primary care
doctor. If you are an Ulster County resident, do not have a primary
care doctor, and are experiencing symptoms that include fever, cough,
fatigue or trouble breathing, or think you may have been exposed to the
Coronavirus, call the Ulster County Department of Health's COVID-19 hotline: 845-443-8888. For Dutchess County residents the hotline is 845-486-3555.
Officials and doctors are stressing that you should always call to be
scheduled and directed how to present. Please do not show up at the ER
or any office without calling. Healthcare workers will need to assess
for risk and be appropriately gowned / masked.
As a reminder, The Institute for Family Health,
a partner in the O+ Artists Clinic, is a federally-qualified community
health center (FQHC) network. That means its health centers accept all
patients regardless of their ability to pay. IFH has locations
in Kingston, Port Ewen, Ellenville and New Paltz in Ulster County, and
in Hyde Park in Dutchess County. They also have health centers in Manhattan, the Bronx and Brooklyn.
Below is a list of resources for artists and musicians, as well as some ways we can support each other at this unprecedented time. And if you need a sounding board, please reach out to Joe Concra: joe@opositivefestival.org
TONIGHT AND TOMORROW: “Come Together: COVID-19 Crisis” support groups from Backline and THRIV will aim to address the anxieties associated with COVID-19’s effects on the music industry,
provide information and resources, and support each other during this
difficult time. At the end of the meeting, the clinicians will lead a
group meditation.
This
week's support groups will be open to all production and crew members
today (Monday) at 6 p.m. ET, and for artists and industry (label,
management, agents) tomorrow at the same time. Please RSVP for a link to
join.
