FROM MAYHEM:
After holding out for months hoping to see some sort of light at the end of the tunnel, we have finally had to come to the conclusion that a performance at Psycho Las Vegas will simply not be possible this year.
Despite numerous efforts to try to get some sort of answers or indication as to what to expect, there has been no information to get from anywhere. The travel ban is still in full effect. The only way to enter the country would be through a "national interest exception", generally given to emergency aid workers and such. This is handled by the visa departments in the respective embassies, and these currently have practically no activity. In Mayhem's case it would mean applying in six different embassies due to the multiple nationalities of the band and crew. Even if by some miracle an exception would apply, having this granted in multiple locations is simply impossible.
With less than three weeks left to go before the festival is to take place, this cannot be kept on hold any longer. We're sorry to say that Mayhem will not perform in this year's edition. However, we have secured our spot in the 2022 edition instead and are looking forward to seeing you all then!
Many thanks to everyone who did their utmost to try to make this happen.
