Over the course of two decades, the Post-Black Metal/Doom/Shoegaze quartet have continually evolved, culminately in 2023's release of the widely praised Endless Blue, an album Angry Metal Guy described as "beautiful, compelling, and unique, with a character of its own that brings its listener inside its world of contemplative melancholy and reverie." But the best is yet to come!

Deadly Carnage continue to work on their Willowtip debut, a concept album that promises to be their most ambitious yet!

Here is what the band had to say about it:

"After a long period of silence, the time has finally come to reveal something; for almost two years we have been working tirelessly on a new concept album whose foundations were created even before releasing Endless Blue.

This time we will go back in time to address a topic that is particularly close to our hearts; Witchcraft and Witch Hunts, which between the end of the Middle Ages and the beginning of the Renaissance fueled collective fears that led to the unjust accusation of countless innocent women and men. Our new concept album does not aim to analyze the historical or sociological facts of this phenomenon, but intends to tell an intimate story of loss and personal growth through the symbolism of Witchcraft; a story seen through the eyes of a female protagonist (rightly so) who will accompany us on her journey through the night and beyond the mists to reveal ancient practices and lost knowledge.

Many years ago we mentioned our interest in these themes with our debut album, but now, on the threshold of twenty years of activity, it is time to close the circle; for us it's time to address this still extremely current topic. We still have a long way to go to release this new album, but every day we are giving our all to its realization. Soon we will reveal more details. We can't wait to tell this new story!"

 Promoters for LOUDER THAN LIFE (FESTIVAL) 2025, set to take place 9/18th, 19th, 20th and 2st, 2025 at HIGHLAND FESTIVAL GROUNDS, @ KENTUCKY EXPOSITION CENTER have announced SLAYER has rescheduled for next year.

 LOUDER THAN LIFE (FESTIVAL) 2024, set to take place 9/26th, 27th, 28th and 29th, 2024 HIGHLAND FESTIVAL GROUNDS, @ KENTUCKY EXPOSITION CENTER  announced FRIDAY'S festival date was CANCELLED due to severe weather regarding Hurricane Helene.

Friday at  LOUDER THAN LIFE (FESTIVAL) 2024 was to feature a SLAYER reunion with ANTHRAX and more bands.

SLAYER has announced a one-night-only show just added to the band's handful of headline concerts set for this summer. Marking the band's only U.S. East Coast performance in 2025, SLAYER will headline Hershey, Pennsylvania's 30,000-seat Hersheypark Stadium on Saturday, September 20, 2025. Ticket pre-sales are available beginning tomorrow, Tuesday, April 8 at 10 a.m. ET, ahead of the general on-sale set for Friday, April 11 starting at 10 a.m. ET. All tickets can be purchased at www.slayer.net. Doors are at 3 p.m. ET and the show kicks off at 4 p.m. ET.

The concert will be hosted by WWE superstar Damian Priest, a well-known "metalhead" and a longtime SLAYER fan. Priest's signature "finisher" is SLAYER's "South Of Heaven", and SLAYER's Kerry King provided guitar for Priest's "Rise For The Night" theme.

New album "Mammon Mantra" of Croatian black/death metal band DEFIANT is out on May 17th, 2025!

Celebrating 20 years of its cursed existence, Defiant is unleashing upon the world their fifth full-length album called "Mammon Mantra". Twelve new devastating hymns for this age of damnation and many more to come. Their currently most progressive and darkest record to date, featuring guest vocals from the legendary Tony "Demolition Man" Dolan from Venom Inc/Atomkraft and Maksymina "Max" Kuzianik, first time that Defiant is featuring a female vocalist in their song. It is the closest thing that the band ever came to a concept album; it explores man darkest desires and corruption ever since this creature stood on its two feet, from the dawn of time to the current events. DEFIANT is a death/black metal band from Croatia formed in 2005.
