ITP V.011:YES, I DID KICK THAT HOMOPHOBIC IDIOT OFF THE PROPERTY

Yes, we called the cops and kicked "Bindu" off the property after he made threats towards me, and I pay rent and utilities here, and he's not even a tennet, not that it matters, as he tried to pull some threat on me because I looked at him. Bindu's mon was thrown out, or moved out in May, I moved in 5 days later.

There is an issue of two tenants bringing garbage in or house here picking up empties, 1D (Bindu's family) infesting the whole house as the landlord promised a exterminator monthly, within hours before I moved in. Now I know, this house was infested waay before I moved in as tenet complained about being bitten before I inquired about the rental in April.

Since, the property manager's "dad died" he's been negligent about extermination and this for sure: If his infestation ruins any of MY personal belongings, and he won't exterminate regularly, he will be sued for personal damages to my personal property, and if I get bitten and the end of hospitalized he's paying for it.

I've payed my rent, and BTW, this journal is not property of the landlord, it's copy written and he does not own the Internet, server or ITP V.011.

Harassing someone for blogging for making statements of FACT, is simply a crime in the context of harassment.

I'm not going to stop blogging, not at all, as I'm more knowledgeable about metal and life than other morons making stupid comments, and yes, I have more credibility and people respect my opinion and statements of fact compared to Billy whom into Retards Attempting Poetry?

SOPA: VOTE DELAYED UNTIL JANUARY 2012

The SOPA hearings and vote have been delayed until winter 2012 after over 20, 000 Anti SOPA signatures have been collected (and more coming, sign the Anti Sopa petition via the self imposed block on ITP V.011) after passionate opposition to the SOPA bill.

Tomorrow's scheduled committee vote on the controversial Stop Online Piracy Act has been postponed, with no apparent new date on the books so far. That's the second postponement in committee for SOPA, which would require ISPs and search engines to alter DNS records and search results to keep foreign sites "dedicated" to copyright infringement away from US citizens; the bill was the subject of two marathon hearings last week that ended abruptly after opponents voiced passionate opposition to the bill.

Representative Lamar Smith (R-Texas), who sponsored the bill and chairs the House Judiciary committee, vowed to open hearings again as soon as possible and set tomorrow as the new date, but it appears the upcoming Congressional break for the holidays simply got in his way. That should give SOPA's opposition additional time to gear up against the bill — a Committee spokesperson told The Washington Post a new date won't be set until early January.

Polish death metal legends VADER have announced a March 2012 Polish tour with special guests BEHEMOTH and DECAPITATED on select dates.

We kick off with another edition of Blitzkrieg! This time we play in March. We will visit all major cities in our country and the smaller towns will be conquered in summer season. What's on tour? Most importantly, VADER will present new material in a new set prepared specially for the tour in Poland! Peter & co. promised many surprises. There will also be amazing scenography and well-supplied merch stand where you will find T-shirts, hoodies, CDs and gadgets prepared for this tour.

The sixth edition of Blitzkrieg will also be a chance to present young bands from Poland and one from the West. This time we gamble on the Polish youth and our dear friends from Belgium – RESISTANCE. You will know more about the Polish guests after Christmas. VADER will also give a special show before the tour. On March 10th they will play with BEHEMOTH and DECAPITATED in Hala Astoria in Bydgoszcz. The shows of Blitzkrieg start on March 13th in Poznan. We finish the tour 12 days later in Torun. ITP V.011: UPDATE: :ROLLS EYES: REVIEWS, METAL NEWS FEATURES TENTITIVE

V.011 UPDATE: Sorry about the delay, V.011 author has of personal stuff to do this week so the metal features and rest of V.011 reviews are delayed. We are coming down to the last few weeks of 2011 and the year flew by. Keep in mind that V.011 will change title from V.011 to V.012 (to signify the new year) 1/1/2012 including syndicates (if I can) same metal blog, please don't get confused.

Last night, or less than 48 hours ago, I had a technical problem with my 'puter (keyboard?) as when I typed, the 'puter double posted each letter, needless to say, posting wasn't impossible but fustrating and time consuming. I've been sick with a cold, so I've been pissed and less productive. I'm not impressed or inspired regarding HATE ETERNAL's new release, don't expect a high rating if I get around to reviewing. I'm very pissed off at the bullshit homophobia on this property and I will do something about it.

I really don't like the weird attention paid to this journal, in any negative way, be careful what you say to and about me, because I love to put my foot in peoples mouth, that's what the anti sopa block is for.

I was wondering if writing the metal news features monthly NFTEMU, DAMNED IN BLACK and HUMANITY IS DOOMED) would be a little redundant, (I used to post ITP METAL NEWS FEATURES MONTHLY).. I'm thinking about perhaps posting the metal news features bi monthly or quarterly, per quarter touring cycle. There fore, more potential time for ITP V.011 REVIEWS:

We can proudly present another SUMMER BREEZE premiere: CATTLE DECAPITATION, probably the most brutal animal rights activists in the universe, will come to destroy Dinkelsbühl for the very first time. The lyrics to their ultra-brutal grind tracks don't deal with the tired blood and gore lyrics that are so usual in the genre, but rather with the rights of our fellow earthlings. With their latest album 'The Harvest Floor' – the cover artwork depicts people being led to a slaughterhouse – the Californians scored with the most extreme crowd. Enter Shikari put it on the international map, We Butter The Bread With Butter on the German one. Will ESKIMO CALLBOY become its first superstars? We are talking about a relatively new genre called electrocore, to which Castrop-Rauxel's ESKIMO CALLBOY are dedicated with heart and soul. And one thing is for sure: This band will definitely polarize the scene. Their mix of poppy dance tunes, technoid stomping beats and brutal deathcore/metalcore is something that needs getting used to.
