LAMB OF GOD: WILLIE ADLER:LAMB OF GOD’S WILLIE ADLER COMMENTS ON RANDY BLYTHE’S ARREST

LAMB OF GOD guitarist WILLIE ADLER has commented on the arrest of front man/vocalist RANDY BLYTHE in connection with a May 2010 death of a fan (in the CZECK REPUBLIC), and suspicion of manslaughter.
BLABBERMOUTH.NET. states via the AP (ASSOCIATED PRESS), a CZECK REPUBLIC court is set to rule on whether to continue to detain or release RANDY BLYTHE Saturday 6/30/2012.

FROM WILLIE ADLER (FROM ALLAXESSES.COM):

Lamb Of God guitarist Willie Adler has commented on the recent arrest of the band’s frontman Randy Blythe on suspicion of manslaughter.

Blythe was detained by Czech police on Thursday (28 June) in Prague, over an incident at a May 24, 2010 Lamb Of God concert. It is alleged that during the concert, Blythe pushed a fan who climbed onstage back into the audience, causing the fan to suffer head injuries that led to his death.

In a comment on his official Facebook page, Adler stated that he had no recollection of the concert, let alone a major event taking place. “Hey guys, it’s been a rough couple of days. All I can say is that I can’t recall that particular show let alone a fan being beaten on the stage. I think I would’ve noticed something like that considering the Dime thing.”

Adler added that Lamb Of God were on standby for Blythe’s release. “We’re all still here in the Czech republic awaiting what is to happen. We hope we’ll be able to get Randy out this afternoon.”

Despite having no prior knowledge of the incident, Adler expressed his sympathies to the family of the fan. “All our thoughts are with him [Blythe] as well as the family of the deceased fan. We’ve no real clue as to what happened to him, but we send our condolences. All we try to do is entertain, the fans are why we’re here. We would never try and harm anyone.”

Lamb Of God’s publicity firm, Adrenaline PR has issued the following statement on the matter:

“Lamb of God management will be issuing an official statement on Monday regarding the charges made against singer Randy Blythe. As no formal charges have yet been made and the case is only in the investigation stages, it would be premature to make an official statement filled with false truths or innuendos.

“Having said that, management wished to address today one false piece of information that has been included in many of the news stories released so far. Under no circumstances was there a fight of any kind involved. This incident deals with a fan that three times during the concert jumped the barricade and rushed Randy during the performance. It is alleged that the third time, security was not able to reach him and that Randy pushed him back into the audience where supposedly he fell and hit his head.

“Again, until the investigation is concluded this weekend, nothing more will be released, but clarity and the facts needed to be addressed on this one reported point, which is totally inaccurate.”

In an earlier remark, Adrenaline PR reported that Blythe had been, “wrongfully accused,” and that, “lawyers are dealing with it, and we expect him to be fully exonerated.”

Blythe’s brother, Mark Blythe, told CBS-6 that he was awaiting further details and said the charge is, “bogus and outrageous and will be dropped immediately.”

Lamb Of God took to Twitter to muster support for Blythe, posting, #FreeRandyBlythe on their official page.

Stay tuned for more details.

LAMB OF GOD: RANDY BLYTHE ARRESTED IN PRAGUE, CZECH REPUBLIC

The Gauntlet has confirmed that LAMB OF GOD vocalist Randy Blythe was arrested at the bands show (ROCK CAFE with ALL SHALL PERISH and SKELETONWITCH)  in Prague today as the show is cancelled. Blythe's arrest stems from a 5/24/2010 ( Club Abaton) incident with a fan (crowdsurfer/stagediver?), as BLYTHE was charged with  "bodily harm of 4th degree and resulting in the death of the fan", as the charge is manslaughter.  LAMB OF GOD's publicist Adrenaline PR stated to The Gauntlet that Randy was "wrongly accused, lawyers are dealing with it, and we expect him to be fully exonerated." NO word from RANDY BLYTHE or/and LAMB OF GOD.

FROM LAMB OF GOD:

FROM ALL SHALL PERISH:
PRAGUE! Even 'though Lamb of God has been forced to drop-off tonight's show All Shall Perish & Skeletonwitch are DEFINITELY STILL PERFORMING! Rock Cafe! Doors at 7pm!
Lamb of God: Today Randy Blythe was arrested by Czech Police. In 2010 there had been concert of Lamb of God in Prague. Randy had a figth with one fan who climbed on the stage, this fan later died.

FROM THE GAUNTLET:
Lamb of God frontman Randy Blythe was arrested today before a concert in Prague, Czech Republic reports Novinky.cz. The band's tour manager issued a statement stating that the concert at Rock Cafe in Prague was canceled, but no reason was given. It was later confirmed by police that Randy Blythe was arrested from a May 24, 2010 incident with a fan. Prague police stated "we have arrested the singer and charged him with the crime of bodily harm of 4th degree and resulting in the death of the fan."

UPDATE: Lamb of God's publicist, Adrenaline PR stated to The Gauntlet that Randy was "wrongly accused, lawyers are dealing with it, and we expect him to be fully exonerated."

UPDATE: 6/29/2012: THE GAUNTLET: (ITP V.012 CAN NOT VERIFY THE VALIDITY OF THE GAUNTLET's SOURCE "SICMAGGOT" BLOG (CZECK REPUBLIC):
Earlier today (Thursday June 28, 2012) Lamb of God frontman Randy Blythe was arrested and charged with manslaughter stemming from a 2010 incident at the Abaton in Prague, Czech Republic. Blythe's management team were quick to issue a statement stating Randy was "wrongly accused, lawyers are dealing with it, and we expect him to be fully exonerated."

What they probably didn't account for was a local Czech blogger was at the show and wrote a review about the entire confrontation between Randy Blythe and the fan. Sicmaggot blog stated "Randy behaved exactly as I expected him to, a son of a bitch who pisses off everyone. He's confirmed by firing up several fans. [Randy] was very irritated when someone decided to join him on stage. At first Randy hit him a lot, then Randy jumped on him to hold him down while he continued singing? When the fan got up, Randy took him by the hair and threw down quite quickly. It was a good thing the fan was so dazed that he probably felt nothing. It took him a little while to realize what happened and as he struggled to get his breathe back. Randy does behave quite pretentious, but the performance was important to him."

Fans in attendance at the show commented:

"Everything OK with that guy who fell down after a stage-push? We saw ambulance late after concert"

"He came down with a thud, when he fell down. The kid died after 14 days in a coma for bleeding in the brain!"

"OMG impossible! The vocalist should be sued then... He pulled him really heavily."

Thanks to Wolfanitor for the help.
