ITP V.012 UPDATE: All in the world are probably relieved that the U.S.A has made social/political change and progress. Despite word wide economic woes, OWS has made it's statement, and your voice was heard, thank you for voting.                                                                BARACK OBAMA was re-elected by a slim margin.
"The winds of change":
* Three states voted in favor and to NOT ban Marriage Equality: MARYLAND, WASHINGTON, MINNESOTA and MAINE.SAME SEX couples can now marry in MAINE and MARYLAND and soon in WASHINGTON.
* Three states voted in favor of Marijuana legalization (tax funds go to school funding and state revenue)  although still a FEDERAL issue: COLORADO, WASHINGTON and MASSACHUSETTS (for medicinal use).
*CALIFORNIA voted AGAINST abolishing the DEATH PENALTY.
* PUERTO RICANS voted IN FAVOR of becoming the U.S.A.'s 51st STATE, U.S. CONGRESS approval pending.
* WISCONSIN voted for the the first openly gay senator TAMMY BALDWIN as ELIZABETH WARREN was voted MASSACHUSETTS first FEMALE SENATOR.
*THIRD PARTY CANDIDATES ON THE RISE:  GARY JOHNSON (LIBERTARIAN-FLORIDA) nearly beat both OBAMA and ROMNEY in Florida.
* The U.S. HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES remains under REPUBLICAN control.
* The U.S. SENATE remains mostly DEMOCRATIC.
* Over all the 2012 (PRESIDENTIAL) ELECTION was VERY CLOSE:
