ITP V.016 TECH: "WE"RE PLEASED TO REPORT THAT SONY MUSIC HAS BACKTRACKED ON IT'S ACCUSATION OF COPYRIGHT INFRINGMENT AGAINST THE HUDSON VALLEY BLUEGRASS ASSOCIATION"

YOU TUBE and SONY MUSIC have restored an educational video from the HUDSON VALLEY BLUEGRASS ASSOCIATION (BLUEGRASS EDUCATORS) as the video featured 30 seconds of SONY copy written music.

(THE) HUDSON VALLEY BLUEGRASS ASSOCIATION challenged the copy right takedown under "fair use for instructional and educational purposes" as the video has been restored.

Sony Music had no right to demand a takedown for this fair use video—now it's acting like leaving it up is a courtesy.
