MATTJO HAUSSEY (SKALD): "After two intense years with SKÁLD - Vikings, it is time for me to sail off to new horizons and discover and experience the nordic myths, poetry and wisdom with another crew."

Scandinavian folk metal warriors SKALD have announced vocalist MATTJO HAUSSEY has left the band.

SKALD unleashed "LE CHANT DES VIKINGS", 1/25/2019 via DECCA RECORDS FRANCE.

After two intense years with SKÁLD - Vikings, it is time for me to sail off to new horizons and discover and experience the nordic myths, poetry and wisdom with another crew. I'd like to thanks all the fans who supported us, the whole team who worked hard with us and all my fellows Pierrick, Justine, Christophe, Jaufré, Marti, Anthony.... fara heil ok vel !
