FROM RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE:

Rage Against the Machine stands in solidarity with women and people who can become pregnant who have been targeted by the latest attacks on reproductive justice in Texas. Like all attempts to control reproduction, this recent legislative assault will disproportionately impact poor, BIPOC, and undocumented communities. But these attacks are not just happening in Texas. In 2021 alone over 90 abortion restrictions have been enacted throughout the country – more than in any year since Roe v. Wade was decided in 1973. These are part of a concerted and organized assault on not only abortion but also on voting and other social justice issues that communities and organizers have fought long and hard for. As this continues to unfold, we need to learn more, get involved and support organizations on the ground who are doing the essential work such as The Afiya Center, Frontera Fund and The Bridge Collective ATX. #BansOffOurBodies #ReproJustice #AbortionIsHealthcare #ThisIsR
