As you might know I’ve lived in the states for years and besides the stunning nature, I loved the diversity and influence of so many different cultures the most. It’s a truly multicultural country and that is what makes the USA so great. It’s also one of the few countries who upholds freedom of speech. Essentially the pillars for every artist, and everyone else to truly express themselves.

Please uphold that freedom and go vote. I know the options aren't ideal, but there's for sure a lesser evil.

I wasn’t going to go public with my vote, but in good conscience, I’m going to ask my fellow Americans to hear me out today. I understand this may incite crass or unpleasant comments. I also hope you understand- I’ll delete them, it’s my page, and I’ll say what I want to say.

I’m the great-granddaughter of immigrants from multiple countries to the great nation of the United States of America. The USA gave my family the ability to dream and work hard to pursue those dreams. It also gave them the ability to meet and fall in love with people not from the same culture or background. What a miracle of a nation! What an extraordinary quality, this melting-pot!

Immigrants make our nation stronger. Inciting fear and hatred of strangers and the “new” makes us weaker.

I’m proud to vote for kindness to the stranger. I’m proud to vote against violent and divisive rhetoric. I’m proud to be an American, because she doesn’t need to be “Made Great Again”- She’s already great, and she needs to be Made Greater For Everyone.

I voted for Kamala Harris, and if you’re an eligible American voter, I beg of you to do the same.
