FROM MASSACRE:

CANCELED BY VENUE ‼️ We are disappointed to announce that our West Coast tour was affected by the cancellation of two consecutive shows by the venues in Portland (Bossanova) and San Francisco (DNA). Moreover, we were compelled to cancel the third and final show in Tijuana due to subpar transportation arrangements and logistical challenges at the border. We have been notified that the venue's actions are protected under their contractual agreements, and we are not at liberty to voice our discontent or post negative remarks online.
This is not a public complaint, but rather an explanation to our fans regarding our current situation. The cancellation of three shows out of five significantly impacted our finances and logistically strained our resources. We were able to salvage the show in Portland at the last minute, thanks to the combined efforts of HEADSPLIT and CULT OF EREBUS (Dylan & Dekotah), however, we were unable to find a replacement show in San Francisco. Suffice it to say, this had a profound effect on the band financially.
We are committed to putting on an exceptional show in LA tonight, which will mark the end of our current tour. The experience we've had will likely play a significant role in our decision to return to the West Coast area in the future. It's uncertain when we will return, and it's possible that it may not be anytime soon, or even at all. We want to assure our fans that this decision is not a reflection on their dedication and support. Rather, it's a response to the way business is conducted in this region, which often prioritizes profits over integrity, fairness, and consideration for both bands and fans.
