EXHUMED: "Since the album is now over two years old, we’ve spent the fall and winter sequestered in our respective studios working on new material for the next album, which we’re planning on recording during the first half of 2025. We’ll be back with more musick, more shows and of course, more gore in 2025! Smell ya next year! Cheers!!"

San Jose, California, U.S.A. based death, gore grind metal warriors EXHUMED are set to record a new album in 2025.

EXHUMED unleashed  "RO THE DEAD", 10/21/2022 via RELAPSE RECORDS.

FROM EXHUMED:

As we commend another year to the casket, we’d like to thank everyone who has supported the band through 2024 - whether you came to a show, watched the documentary, bought merch from our webstore, or just gave us a listen on the corporate-sponsored streaming service of your choice. Without your support, we wouldn’t be able to continue cranking out our cadaverous cacophonies, so cheers, from the bottom of our rotted hearts!
2024 was a year of mostly looking back for the band as we delved deep into our bilious back catalog of corrupted classicks and reissued Slaughtercult, Anatomy is Destiny and our In the Name of Gore split record with Hemdale on vinyl with the help of @relapserecords and @hellsheadbangers , and @decibelmagazine inducted our disgusting debut Gore Metal into its “Hall of Fame” series. In that spirit, we teamed up with our journalist buds @axmitt (Avinash Mittur) and @fathomingheavy (Andrew Corson) to help untangle the myriad branches of our family tree and commit the band’s heinous history to record in our Decayed Decades ROT-umentary, which was released on YouTube, DVD, and VHS. And of course, we undertook a US tour in support of the release with an all-old-school set and support from @skeletalremainsofficial and @morbikon
After that, we were pretty much ready to call it a year, as we had already toured extensively throughout the US, Japan and Australia in support of our last platter or splatter, “To the Dead” throughout 2023, but we managed to emerge from our crypt for a few shows including our first trip to the aloha state at @volcanicstrikehawaii and 3 epic gigs supporting @highonfireband around Halloween, which was a great time and an excellent way to cap off the “To the Dead” tour cycle, bringing our suppurated sound to a mostly new, and potentially unsuspecting audience. Since the album is now over two years old, we’ve spent the fall and winter sequestered in our respective studios working on new material for the next album, which we’re planning on recording during the first half of 2025.
We’ll be back with more musick, more shows and of course, more gore in 2025! Smell ya next year!
Cheers!!
