  Israel based blackened, folk death metal warriors MELECHESH have posted a lyric video for  "RAPTORS OF ANZU", a track from the bands anticipated new EP release "SENTINELS OF SHAMASH", due to be unleashed 4/10/2026 via REIGNING PHOENIX MUSIC.

About “Raptors Of Anzu”
The song descends into a forgotten age — when the Ancient Ones ruled beneath darkened suns and the sea was still land. From Eridu, city of kingship and divine law, the will of Anu is unleashed through storm and destruction.
Rage burns. Empires fall. Logic collapses.
Cosmic order shatters — only to be restored through fire.
With commanding riffs, ritualistic rhythms, and incantatory vocals, MELECHESH conjure a soundscape as apocalyptic as the myth it embodies.
On signing with RPM:

About Sentinels Of Shamash
A ceremonial descent into ancient law, fire, and cosmic vigilance.
Drawing from Sumerian/Mesopotamian myth, metaphor and cosmic magick the EP stands as a mythological statement rooted in fire, judgment, ruin, and restoration.
Featuring:
• Rob Caggiano (ex-Anthrax/Volbeat) — playing all bass guitar tracks & co-production
• Jessica Pimentel (Brujeria, Orange Is The New Black TV show) — guest vocals on “The Seventh Verdict”
Recorded and mixed at Kohlekeller Studio (Germany). Vocals recorded at Neverworld Recordings (New Jersey) and Kingsize Soundlabs (Los Angeles). Additional sessions at Forneus Studio.
