DEICIDE: SET TO UNLEASH "OVERTURES OF BLASPHEMY"

Florida, U.S.A. death metal warriors DEICIDE have revealed the art work and release date for the bands anticipated new offering  "OVERTURES OF BLASPHEMY", due to be unleashed 9/14/2018 via CENTURY MEDIA RECORDS.

DEICIDE unleashed "IN THE MINDS OF EVIL", 11/25/2013 via CENTURY MEDIA RECORDS.

FROM CENTURY MEDIA RECORDS:
🤘 NEW DEICIDE !! 🤘
Death Metal icons Deicide announce the release of their 12th studio album, “Overtures Of Blasphemy”, their first album after 2013’s critically acclaimed “In The Minds Of Evil”.
“Overtures Of Blasphemy” was produced by Jason Suecof (The Black Dahlia Murder, Trivium) at Audio Hammer Studios and comes with a brilliant artwork by Zbigniew Bielak (Watain, Ghost, Paradise Lost).
The album will be released through Century Media Records worldwide on September 14th, 2018.

Benton states: "This album came together over time, meaning we didn't want to rush it. A few people might remember an interview where Steve Asheim (original member, drummer/songwriter) said 'the material is done, but it's just not there yet.' Well, that was the jumping off point of when this album truly started taking shape and the songs became what they are now...complete, compact and effective. As the band pushed forward, so did the writing process and a few other processes which made the record and the band stronger. The result is Overtures Of Blasphemy, perhaps the group’s strongest release to date. Jason Suecoff lended his considerable talents and attention to detail in making the tracking of the songs as great as they can be and the final mix as sonically brutal, yet as listenable as possible. An arduous process, but one well worth the time and effort."
Cover artist Zbigniew Bielak comments on his artwork for “Overtures Of Blasphemy”: “If you experienced the death metal boom of the early 90s first hand, you know why Deicide's flaming logo was the ultimate threat in the sanity department. Working with Glen Benton was a great honor and a throwback to the time, when death metal aesthetics were at their vilest. Satan Spawn the Caco Deamon is alive and well.”

ERODED: POST NEW TRACK "APOCALYPTOMB"

Italy based death metal warriors ERODED have posted "APOCALYPTOMB", a track from the bands anticipated new release "NECROPATH", due to be unleashed 7/27/2018 via F.D.A. RECORDS.

ERODED unleashed "ENGRAVINGS OF A GRUESOME EPITAPH", 6/29/2012 via KONQUEROR RECORDS.

FROM F.D.A. RECORDS:

☠ E R O D E D presents a video for the song 'APOCALYPTOMB' ☠
The Italian death squad unleashes a new track from their upcoming new full length album 'NECROPATH'. Expect morbid songs, early 90s European Death Metal with a own note and a proper Scandi production.
VM-UNDERGROUND WEBZINE wrote about it:
"...This is killer once again, alternating easily between swampy grooves and furious rotten chainsaw massacres. Grave, Mordicus, Autopsy, Nirvana 2002, take what you want, there are enough comparisons that could be made but in the end it’s Eroded. The production is perfect for their sound when we speak of the guitar tone. Ghastly vocals from beyond, rumbling grave shaking bass and drums disturbing your ears. Who needs new formulas if the old ones work when done so well? Sick shit…love it…Buy it."
VOICES FROM THE DARKSIDE about 'NECROPATH':
„Yet “Necropath” is an expedition through all classic schools of Death Metal, focusing on the European and especially Swedish style. Thus we have a pretty unique blend that really satisfies my need for real Death Metal with highlights like 'Throne Of No Return' that reminds me of the atmosphere of early MORGOTH or the monstrous 'Of Graven Blood On Earth'. If you're into Death Metal, you will surely love “Necropath”.“

'NECROPATH' will be released July 27th. on CD, LP and digital download by FDA Records/ Soulfood Music but is allready available for pre-sale !! CD, LP, bundles and strictly limited editions (for example the very limited golden vinyl version) are available at the FDA Records Online Shop:
