DIE KUNST DER FINSTERNIS: STREAMING "QUEEN OF OWLS" VIA BANDCAMP

Stockholm, Sweden based blackened-doom metal warrior DIE KUNST DER FINSTERNIS, via BANDCAMP, are streaming the projects anticipated new release "QUEEN OF OWLS", unleashed 5/18/2018 via LAMECH RECORDS.

FROM DIE KUNST DER FINSTERNIS:

Die Kust der Finsternis was formed as a solo project in the beginning of 2007 in Stockholm - Sweden with Deacon D. (a.k.a. Schattenriss) as the sick mind behind it.
The first demo entitled “Alte Schwarzes Metall” was recorded at home during March 2007, in Stockholm, Sweden and given away as a gift exclusively to close friends and peers.
A couple of years later the Swedish Occult label Scythe of Death Productions distributed a limited stock of 66 hand made CDs of the demo.
In 2010 Deacon D. creates the songs and lyrics for the first full length henceforth called “Das Geheimnis des Vampirs” which was released on LP by Lamech records and A5 CD Book released by Lamech Records and licensed in USA by Canonical hours. A work of nine tracks of dark and sickening metal of death with gothic horror parts as interludios, which also includes the re-recorded songs from the demo.
The obsession with Death and the Horrors of the crypt, takes Die Kunst der Finsternis literally to the grave and keep it buried (but not forgotten) for the coming years.
In 2017 an exhumation is performed and a new life is blown into the old rotten body of Die Kunst der Finsternis, taking it somehow “back to life” and giving it the breath to create all the pieces and movements for the latest album entitled “Queen of Owls”. Released on Gatefold LP and Digi CD by Lamech records in alliance with the German label Amor Fati Produntions.
The whole work deals directly with Horrors and Nightmares, Ghastly music and eerie texts inspired by Old Death and occult matters.
About one year later, an Addendum of “Queen of Owls” is finished putting another gravestone in the cemetery of the odd arts. More news concerning this will be announced in time.

"SCOURGE OF THE ENTHRONED" COVER!
Painted by Eliran Kantor
Krisiun proudly presents you the cover for their new record, which comes out on Century Media Records on September 7, 2018!

Based on Sumerian mythology, it shows 3 ancient gods transcending the beginning of creation, represented by the incredible art of Eliran Kantor.
The sound of this record came out very complex and organic, unlike many of the super edited/digital albums these days, the songs are faster and more brutal than the previous records. Pure relentless Death Metal in your face!
Presales will be online next week, a first song and digital pre-order will kick off July 12! The "Demonic III" are back!

IMMORTAL: POST LYRIC VIDEO FOR "MIGHTY RAVENDARK"

Norwegian black metal legends IMMORTAL have posted a lyric video for "MIGHTY RAVENDARK", a track from the bands anticipated new release "NORTHERN CHAOS GODS", due to be unleashed 7/6/2018 via NUCLEAR BLAST RECORDS.

According to a letter sent via  ABBATH, vocalist/guitarist for  Norwegian black metal legends IMMORTAL to the NORWEGIAN INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY OFFICE , DEMONAZ and HORGH left the band earlier this year as they failed to pay rent on the bands rehearsal studio, usually split between the three band members. ABBATH was under the impression, due to band turmoil,  DEMONAZ and HORGH wanted to take a longer break from the band as ABBATH payed for the rehearsal space.

ABBATH states IMMORTAL are contractually obligated for another studio release for NUCLEAR BLAST RECORDS as the new material is completed with other musicians.

IMMORTAL front man ABBATH has claimed rights over the bands name via EIKOMO COMPOSITIONS. However, the application has been stopped by lyricist/guitarist DEMONAZ and drummer HORGH whom want the IMMORTAL trademark to be shared by all three members as the matter will stand before civil court (NORWEGIAN INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY COURT) JANUARY OR FEBRUARY 2015.

DEMONAZ has stated to DAGBLADET.NO. that "he is familiar with the contents of ABBATH's letter, "I've read it, and our lawyer read it. We will come back with a feed back letter it contains incorrect information".

IMMORTAL won the trade mark lawsuit over the bands name as ABBATH has split with the band for a solo career.

IMMORTAL unleashed "All Shall Fall" 9/25/2009 via NUCLEAR BLAST RECORDS.

FROM MUNICIPAL WASTE:
"SLIME AND PUNISHMENT" MUSIC VIDEO Municipal Waste are about to embark on a run of 20 club and festival dates across nine countries in Europe! Dates and tickets at municipalwaste.net/tour. To mark the occasion, the band have unleashed a brand new music video for the album's title track "Slime And Punishment."
Watch the video at youtube.com/watch?v=fisQsjU5gvE.

Ryan Waste comments:
"Teaming up with Norman Cabrera for this video was a match made in horror. His 35 years experience with practical FX in film shined through as you‘ll see in this latest WASTE clip. Not only a fan of monsters, he's a metal lifer like us, so we saw eye to eye on the aesthetic of everything involved. Initially, Norman approached me to make a mask for MUNICIPAL WASTE, which has been his specialty for many years. I said why don't you do us one better and make a damn video?! He leaped on the opportunity and even stepped up as the director, as well as the effects designer, making multiple masks and creating the horrific world of 'Slime And Punishment'. We all grew up on VHS and that played a major inspiring role in the video as well. It was like making a movie, all the work that went into this and there are countless people to thank. I have to give shoutouts to Slasher Dave for composing the intro score and Joel Grind for taking us out with the synth outro, bookending this nightmare perfectly."
