KING DIAMOND: CANCELS 11/3/2014 TUSCON, ARIZONA (Rialto Theatre) SHOW "DUE TO DEHYDRATION FROM FOOD POISONING"

U.S./Danish extreme metal legends KING DIAMOND has sadly announced the bands 11/3/2014 TUSCON, ARIZONA (@ Rialto Theatre) show has been cancelled due to "DEHYDRATION FROM FOOD POISONING". KING DIAMOND announced support act for the bands anticipated fall 2014 NORTH AMERICAN tour JESS and THE ANCIENT ONES.

JESS AND THE ANCIENT ONES rhythm guitarist ANTTI BOMAN is also the vocalist for Finnish death metal legends DEMILICH.

KING DIAMOND has employed bassist PONTUS EGBERG, whom will be the stand in for HAL PATINO whom was FIRED last summer.

KING DIAMOND have announced a fall 2014 NORTH AMERICAN tour and have been already confirmed for the 2014 FUN, FUN, FUN FEST (AUSTIN, TEXAS).

KING DIAMOND continues work on his new release due in 2015.

It is with a broken heart that we have to announce that King Diamond will not perform tonight due to dehydration from food poisoning.
We have tried our absolute best to continue the shows, but today it was necessary to seek doctor's advice, and at 3:48 pm H. Romero PA-C deemed it unsafe for King Diamond to perform tonight.

Again, we are so so incredibly sorry about this, but it would have been a serious health risk to proceed with the show.
We thank you so much for all your support, and hope to someday be able to make up for this!

Also, we really appreciate H. Romero PA-C for running the tests and advising the treatment to get better, and we thank C. Doyle (RT) for her exceptional treatment.

King has severe food poisoning, and he was feeling extremely bad. I am amazed that he performed the entire show (except for Black Horsemen, before which he had to stop).

I sincerely hope that despite all this, you still had a great Halloween watching and enjoying our show!
