BTW, Richard and Susan Blackburn (Kingston, NY) are under arrest and may be sued for copy right fraud, impersonation and aggravated harassment along with a slander and defamation of character lawsuit.
Richard and Susan Blackburn are not musicians, do not own copy right as they do not OWN, do not work for nor are they signed to any label and are impersonating regarding copy right they do NOT OWN.
Press releases, for the most part are NOT copy right infringement, any thing miss dated or out dated on CHILLING EFFECTS, an e-mail was sent in complaint to them and about said record label (RELAPSE- ITP VS. RELAPSE copy right fraud complaint 10/31/2014 vs. RELAPSE and RECORD DADDY) and said band is not signed to RELAPSE RECORDS and as via an extensive editing process (2013), any thing VS. ITP is out dated.

To date, ITP is clean with GOOGLE and BLOGGER.

If Richard Blackburn, Paul  E. Carlson and Susan Blackburn (Kingston, NY) are filing FALSE copy right complaints, and started slanderous defamatory rumors they will be charged and met with impersonation and aggravated harassment along with a slander and defamation of character lawsuit from both ITP and said labels.
Richard and Susan Blackburn are not musicians, do not own any copy right nor are they musicians nor writers and have never had anything to do with ITP and never will.

ITP is NOT a DEATH tribute site, never has been, never will be.                                                            Spak-Individualthoughtpatterns.blogspot.com is NOT the name of a DEATH release, this is one of the many reasons why RICHARD and SUSAN BLACKBURN are being sued. illiterate morons as the aforementioned URL has been around since 10/2008.

No one asked Richard and Susan Blackburn and Paul Carlson's opinion nor advice , nor no one wants to hear their  psychotic yelling all day and all night, their harassment due to their distorted perception of reality and delusional conspiracy theories, they are NOT needed, they are not even fans of said genre, as me and my family are annoyed by his lack of respect for our privacy and not minding his own business. Also we do not like embellishing and exaggerating, mentally ill morons guilty of  stalking and menacing. 

Not to mention the house Richard and Susan Blackburn manage (superintendent) is on the market due to their incompetent management and couple of idiots lack of rent payment (Carlson). 
I hope their egos are bruised.  
No one can rationalize censorship and what are these douche nozzles really hiding?

So RICHARD BLACKBURN, slanderous and defamatory, doesn't know what he's talking about ,is under arrest, warrant out (Kingston, NY). Instead of maintaining the property they own, and being self sufficient, the three aforementioned douches are getting into power struggles over property they don't own.  

Suck it up douches, just because you don't like someones opinion doesn't make it copy right infringement, that is why ITP is CREATIVE COMMONS, and I own my own text.
